Always at least 30 min. chute.
I have been going to the dental center for several years and for most of the time I am very satisfied. Dear receptionist, excellent Dr. Cetl. Until recently, even excellent dental hygiene. (Mr. Polášková, Mr. Králíček) In the last year and a half, dental hygiene has kind of halved, but I didn't deal with it. Today I was at the center with sl. (I don't know the name). I was in the doctor's office for 23 minutes and paid 1200 CZK. The treatment was not complete. I don't have a good sense of a job well done at all. If I find another dental hygiene, I will not visit this service here again, but I'm sorry, I liked going here. My doctor is very kind, careful and careful. He explains everything to me and describes what he is currently fixing in my mouth. The dental center has its own X-ray, so the image is taken before entering the office and there is no need to go anywhere. I'm glad that I can go to Durďákova right now! I recommend it to everyone who is looking for quality care for their teeth. :-)
Since I was a child, I went to an unnamed dentist where the standard of both quality and patient treatment was slowly falling. As soon as I got to the doctor here on Durďáková, I understood what everyone means: I have a great dentist.
overall great, young doctors, modern tools and approach, pleasant environment and quick appointment times.
We have been going to this surgery regularly for several years. Mr. MUDr. Cetl is an expert 💯% and at the same time a person in his place. Thank you, doctor, for your care. We give 5*. Previously, we were also satisfied with dental hygiene, /sl. Polačková/a modern painless method,/we felt like we were in a salon/ now after two visits we have to say that the treatment was quite unpleasant, even painful, the effect of lighter teeth 0, only with a scraper and 2 minutes of ultrasound, sandblasting was refused by the lady even though I would have paid extra... that's why the stars are only for you, for approx. 23 min. Worst experience I could have imagined today. Booked an appointment well in advance and I am asked to sit and wait for my app. An eternity of minutes from my time passes and no one shows up. After waiting for ≈40 minutes, the doctor calls someone else before me. So now I have to wait at least two+ hours for my scheduled appointment? Mind you I got a day off work for this. I ask the reception and the receptionist offers me a different time as a solution (no apology, no explanation, no nothing of course). When I said I don't want another appointment her answer was "okay bye". Obviously I expect better treatment as this is not a cheap clinic so I'm paying quite extra. Don't recommend this place for the way it's run. My dentist Jan and his assistant (I think) were good though, I can't talk bad about them. The others and the administration really give me retro eastern block vibes with their inability to deal with anything efficiently. Personally, I've spent a lot of money and I was on the road to spend so much more to fix my oral health and even in my case they can't properly show some respect. Can't imagine for the rest. My recommendation for people if you really have to use their services is to not look at their times as definitive but as suggestive. I have actually emailed them about the situation and I will update this review accordingly with their answers. Edit: Got a worthless answer and they refused to talk to me? The guy who entered 40+ minutes after I was waiting did not have any acute issues, he looked quite normal and not in pain, it's a lie.... (Show more)
Doctor Spackova is a great person and also a dentist. You don't get the feeling with her that she only wants to get as much money as possible out of you, as is the case with other dentists. She did what was needed and she did it well, painlessly, and you feel like you're using cosmetics. Thank you ❤️

I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and respect MDDr. Petře Špačková and her top-notch work that she does. The doctor works at a high professional level and is an ESO in her field. He explains everything in detail beforehand and then works precisely, carefully, with feeling, empathy, precision, with an emphasis on quality, perfection and retrospective control. In addition, as a person, he seems nice, positive, charismatic and has very nice eyes... :-D I wish him success in his professional and personal life and always returns home with a big smile! Absolute satisfaction
Great! Skillful and very willing nurses, kind and helpful lady at the reception, very pleasant lady dentist. The ordering time is absolutely amazing (2 days after finding the dentist online) and re-registration in a few minutes. Absolute satisfaction!
I've only been here for a short time but so far I'm completely satisfied.
