The female doctor speaks clearly and is reliable and easy to visit.

The professor here is a good fit for me because he listens quickly and gives quick advice, but I think it can be quite tiring if you go there when you're mentally weak. All the nurses are very polite, and I get the impression that the procedure for the series of tests is thoroughly explained, from beginning to end. However, the receptionist's poor reception is so shocking that I get tired of it every time I visit the doctor. I don't even want to write about it here, and all I can say is that it's just like the other people's reviews. I think I am aware of your busy schedule and circumstances, but I would like you to take the time to work even if you are busy or don't like it. I've been going to the hospital for over a year, but I haven't noticed any change, so to be honest, I've given up... P.S. When I contacted the clinic 1 hour before my appointment to cancel due to personal circumstances, it was treated as an unauthorized cancellation and I was unable to make an appointment, so I decided to move to another clinic. I'm very sorry to have to cancel, but it's a shame.... (Show more)

The nurse says I'm not a good fit. Check it out during your medical examination! I called other nurses over and they saw things I didn't want them to see, The palpation is quite rough and even though I say it hurts, he won't stop. Honma said that there was blood coming out. I have no choice but to go to the hospital because I need to go to the hospital. I had to wait more than 20 minutes after my reservation time, and when I asked the receptionist, there was no apology, so what was the point of making a reservation? Not recommended.... (Show more)

I was prescribed something different from what I had heard and what was listed in the medication instructions. It's my fault that I realized this when I got home, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. First of all, I had to wait for about an hour after my reservation time, and the procedure started without any apology from the director. There is often a long wait at the hospital, but I was surprised at how well they treated me. Since I was the last patient to see the doctor, I may have wanted to get it over with quickly, but I was shocked because the first visit was so good that I was thinking of going the second time.... I am prescribed pills on a regular basis. The attitude of the receptionist here has been more oppressive than before, and it has become depressing to come to the hospital. This time, since I was busy, I wanted to get more pills, so I requested a 6-month prescription, but I was prescribed the usual 3-month supply. There was no particular explanation given and the accounting was just the same as usual. I thought it was strange, how many sheets? When I asked about this, the answer was brusquely, "Up to 3 seats." Maybe it was my fault for requesting it without knowing that, but then when I paid the bill, they said, ``You requested 6 months, but the maximum I can prescribe is 3 sheets.'' I think it was also good. The attitude of the receptionist I dealt with this time is always extremely unpleasant, but after this incident I decided not to come here again. It's really a shame because the doctors and nurses are all good people.... (Show more)

I asked her to prescribe a pill for dysmenorrhea. There was one man and one woman at the reception, and they were both very kind. The waiting area and restrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was treated by a female doctor who only sees patients on Tuesdays, and she was kind and soft-spoken, and her explanations were easy to understand. I've been to three other gynecological clinics so far, but the pelvic exam was the least painful. There were some clinics where they didn't hesitate to stick instruments into me, so I felt very at ease. All the nurses were kind as well. This is the first time I have ever seen all the people at the clinic so kind. (There were some clinics where the doctor in charge was kind but the receptionist was scary.) It's close to Sannomiya Station, so it's easy to get to, so I'll be using it from now on.... (Show more)

I went there a while ago I don't recommend it. I went to see a doctor because of irregular menstruation, and when the nurse told me the blood test results, she laughed and said, ``You have too much male hormones.'' I was shocked and dumbfounded. Now I think it was a good thing to be angry. It's disgusting that you go through all the trouble and then have to laugh and tell the results. I do not recommend this hospital.... (Show more)

Bad attitude of the receptionist. I've read the reviews, but it seems like there hasn't been any improvement. There were times when I looked at people and served them politely, and other times I was treated with a sense of intimidation. Where is the restroom? I just asked him, but he said in a sharp tone, "It's next door, right??" Will it be eight? It's my first time and I'm nervous, but if they treat me like that, I won't want to go again. It was a disappointing clinic.... (Show more)

I made an appointment for 6:30pm and the doctor is home by 6:30pm, so if I'm even a few minutes late I won't be able to see you again. Reservations fill up quickly on a weekly basis, and the clinic operates on a complete reservation system, and even if you are a primary care physician, you will not be able to receive any urgent medical attention if you have any symptoms. Even though it's a gynecology department, there's a man at the reception desk. People who work on weekdays cannot rely on this doctor.... (Show more)

I felt really bad. I will never go there again. I went there because I wanted the pill. I was told that they couldn't prescribe it due to factors such as my body shape, and the doctor himself asked me, ``So what should I do?'' Isn't it your job to think about that? I had no choice but to go home, but they told me, ``Now that I'm here, I have to do something for you,'' and made me just do a test. There was no explanation as to why the test was necessary. I also asked for an explanation of how much the test would cost, but I was told that it would be cheaper because of insurance and could not provide any details. To make matters worse, I was told unnecessary things that I had never heard of, such as ``I'll die from being overweight'' and ``I'll have surgery to open my stomach, so I can stop eating and lose weight.'' During the examination, the nurse was whispering and making fun of me. Doctors and nurses feel free to say things that are hurtful to patients. I wasted my money and time.... (Show more)

It was my first visit and I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but when I went, everyone at the reception and during the examination was very polite and I never felt uncomfortable and was able to undergo the examination with peace of mind. ! The explanations were thorough and detailed, and when I had questions, they answered many of my questions, which made me feel at ease in many ways, which was great! It was a clinic that I would definitely come to if I needed help again*.+゚... (Show more)

I had severe menstrual pain and visited here. I was worried because I had not been treated properly at another hospital before, but they thoroughly examined my condition and said, ``Menstrual pain that is unbearable unless you take medication is a serious symptom.'' I was nervous as it was my first gynecological examination, but she lent me a stuffed animal and I was relieved by her kindness. The female doctor was very polite and easy to talk to. thank you very much.... (Show more)

It was my first visit in two years. Reservations can be made online, and the clinic is very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. The reception staff were also polite. The doctor spoke clearly, so my concerns were resolved and I was able to go home with peace of mind.

It's been about a year since I've been here. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews from other people. It's true that it's difficult to make an appointment, but the hospital is clean and I've never had a bad experience talking to the doctors, nurses, and receptionists. Everyone is busy and clear, but if you have any questions or concerns, they will listen to you kindly and give you advice. I understand if the evaluation is low because of a wrong or misleading diagnosis, but this is a hospital, not a store, so if you are looking for a smile and a good attitude, you should go to another hospital as soon as possible. I think so.... (Show more)

I was surprised to see so many low ratings! 🙄 I went to the hospital twice and it was crowded with many people. I have a reservation, but it's hard to get there on time. It's obvious. As for the reception, which everyone has often written about, I didn't really care that much. Are you insensitive? Maybe it's because I'm strong-willed myself lol Maybe it's because I went with my mom? ? If I asked a question, they would give it back to me, and I was told to take care of myself on the way home. I don't remember what he looked like at all, so maybe someone different from you was watching it? I couldn't hear the receptionist much. I don't think people who aren't that interested in people and don't care about them would think so.LOL People who prefer super kind people might not like it. I think it's your preference. However, the consultation fee was quite surprising. When I went there for the first time, I didn't know the standard, so I was convinced that it was something like this. I like that the doctors and nurses are women, so I go to the hospital.... (Show more)

Quite a while ago, when I went to a pill outpatient clinic to pick up my pills, I was taken aback by a new-looking, inexperienced receptionist who said, ``Um... your diagnosis was cervical cancer, right?'' I haven't been diagnosed, but even if I was, would it be normal to say it in a small reception area where everyone was listening? <$_2> that they stopped going to the hospital.... (Show more)

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I went there because the location was convenient. As a result, I really understand why the reviews are so bad. I think there's a good reason why the reviews are so bad. I will never go again.

I used it for the first time for vaginal discharge examination and pill prescription. The doctor examined me carefully. Although he may be a bit picky, he explains exactly the causes of symptoms and how to use medicines, and he is an interesting teacher, which I like. I feel that the consultation fee is a little high. (The test fee + drug prescription was 7,000 yen) However, since it is about your own precious body, I think it would be better to have it checked. I plan to continue to take care of her by prescribing pills. The receptionist's response was also normal. Even if you make a reservation, there will be some waiting time.... (Show more)

Telephone support was very poor. It may have been hard to hear, but at that time, I would normally say, ``Can I ask you again?'' Or rather, I think that's common etiquette, but I would say, ``What is that?'' '', and it seemed like they were fully booked, so I was told, ``The earliest it's going to be on Monday, right?'' and someone from above looked like I was making fun of me. Even as a college student, I can handle things a little more properly. I could tell over the phone that they didn't want to help me even though I was in trouble, so I stopped going because of the atmosphere they gave me over the phone.... (Show more)
