Your Smile Direct - France

At first everything went very well. Unfortunately my last lower gutter broke with wear, I contacted them by email to get the insurance they made me take out to work! (Replacement of 2 gutters maximum), answer: do you have to pay?!!!!!!!! A hundred euros ?????!!!!! Outrageous!!!! SCAMMERS, TO AVOID

DISASTER, FLEE WITH YOUR SMILE DIRECT YOU WILL GAIN TWO THINGS: WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY (€1699 if you are lucky) after 9 months I reached the end of my treatment and the alignment of my teeth had nothing to do with what was planned. They therefore asked me to pay €199 to send me new aligners in order to complete my treatment (of course no one warns you that there will be an extra to pay if the result is not obtained but they know full well that we will have no choice but to pay). Obviously the result is far, far from what was planned. I've been waiting for my retaining aligners for 3 months, they can't be reached. Null ! to flee ! Unsatisfactory results, I had to pay an additional €199 for a refinement treatment (additional aligners) because some of my teeth did not move as expected during my treatment, I received aligners instead. restraints (error on their part), I sent them an email with supporting photos to inform them of their error, they told me that they would check with their laboratory to correct this, after 2 -3 weeks I receive an email asking me to pay €24.99 again to take prints again because supposedly mine were not good. Except that when I took my prints their laboratory confirmed to me that they were good^^... I asked them if they could help and send me a kit for free so I could finally finish this treatment! They turned a deaf ear and told me that I had to pay because their laboratory did not have my prints... a few months later I managed to get the refinement treatment reimbursed by relaunching the case. ..in short I find myself with an incomplete treatment, I cannot use the retaining trays because they do not correspond to my teeth, as a result my teeth move again and return to their initial positions... 1649€ of treatment which does not 'was of no use + jaw cracking...shameful^^ Go your way.... Very bad experience. At the beginning, the dialogues are fluid, the people on the phone are super nice. Once paid, no response to the email. And above all more news! No treatment, nothing at all... A big scam.

Scam

To really escape, I can't even contact them since my payment was made, At first I couldn't get them on the phone but I could still communicate with them by email and then nothing, even the emails they didn't respond to anymore. We find ourselves lost alone and we don't know what to do other than go see a real dentist or speech therapist, so why not do that from the start and avoid wasting money and time for nothing and I mean well “FOR NOTHING” with these yoursmile direct scammers... Run away!! At first they respond almost the same day and once paid no more news! It's a big scam. I have restarted at least 10 times. Their phone must be imaginary because it's impossible to get them. Run away

I had the Your Smile Direct treatment in 2018. Apart from the fact that I had to travel twice to take the prints, I had no problem. I went to Your Smile Direct because the price was much more advantageous than the competitors (around 3 times cheaper). I appreciated the fact that the treatment was done in an “autonomous” manner. I only recommend it for "light" treatments, and I strongly recommend the installation of a retaining bar after the last splint (which I did directly with my dentist).... (Show more)

Avoid it's a scam

A disaster !!! They understand nothing in French, no commercial follow-up, make promises of reimbursement which obviously does not happen, aligners which hurt the mouth, and when we ask them to have them done again, you have to pay extra! Go on your way!

Quality 2/10. I didn't have the budget to go to an Orthodontist. They sold me a dream at a very low cost. Once you pay and receive your aligners you can no longer reach them by phone and everyone is mad. 2 years of treatment still full of defects and you have to pay each time for additional gutters but they will never tell you. On the other hand, on the phone and in their office in Paris we will give you another speech (free, no worries blabla) thank you for ruining me to destroy my teeth! I've been waiting for 2 months for you to do something about my completely failed treatment. Yesterday by telephone you told me that you would give me an answer within the day: I am still waiting. My teeth were better before your treatment, I lost 1500th for nothing. The night aligners don't suit me at all and I've been wearing the latest aligners for 2 months because I can't be without them since my teeth are touching in front and my molars are no longer at all: I can no longer chew anything and therefore eat nothing. So I've been wearing the same ones for 2 months: they have holes and no one at home to answer me. I went to your branch twice, the woman noticed the damage and I contacted you without success. I recommend Your smile direct for anyone wanting to straighten their teeth! I was very impressed with the results of the treatment! Indeed, I had very misaligned teeth (I even believed that treatment with aligners would not be possible for my case), so I went to the office in Paris and the dental assistant "scanned" my teeth with a high-tech device. So, your smile direct sent me a treatment plan for a period of 7 months. The trays are very comfortable, you feel pain for a few days each time you change the tray, and then you no longer feel any pain! :) It is also important to note that the aligners are practically invisible since no one noticed that I was wearing them! I was quite surprised to see such bad comments since the treatment was a real success for me (my teeth are aligned exactly as planned in the treatment plan). In addition, during treatment, we have a dedicated advisor with whom we can communicate by email if we have any questions. My advisor was very responsive! I always had answers to my questions a few hours (or even a few minutes) after sending my emails! I am therefore very satisfied with my treatment, I am currently in the restraint phase and everything is going very well! Doesn't even deserve a star, unable to take my prints on the spot, I even had pain during the print for the final mediocre results and the pomp of history I have to add money to get the results I should have had at the time. end nor top and bottom. I really regret it.

Attention ! After completing the treatment, they fail to mention that you need a retainer to stabilize the teeth. Unless you keep the retaining splint for life, which is impossible. No orthodontist wants to put wires on me because I haven't had any treatment with them. As a result I find myself with an unfinished treatment. You will notice that the positive reviews are those who have not finished the treatment. They lure you in with that but then abandon you with a retaining splint that is impossible to keep for life. I am very disappointed because if they had at least orthodontist partners ready to install a retaining wire I would gladly go but no, they leave you in the wild after having collected your money....
