Very disapointed. My last visit to Madame Ana, she just put composite on my tooth without treating it... even though there was a very big cavity that had been there for a long time (according to my new dentist). I came to this office at least 3/4 per year. She left the tooth with decay which almost cost me my tooth. The dentist himself told me that it was because of the treatment that my tooth deteriorated. It’s really shameful to come and trust a dentist and then end up with these kinds of problems. I advise you not to go to her, over time the quality of her care has drastically decreased.... Very very bad experience, the dentist ruined one of my teeth, I had abscesses because of that while she did two x-rays on me and therefore saw that it was because she had gone too far in the tooth by putting the composite, result of going to see two other dentists they both told me that it was very poor care which had caused these infections and so we had to remove this. I suffered a lot from my last abscess or as a bonus she had underdose me so the infection was not going away either.... (Show more)

The only star is for the dentist who is very nice. I had teeth whitening for which I paid €350. There were absolutely no results in the end. The dentist told me that over time, my teeth would whiten more and more, I trust her. Days pass but absolutely nothing! I paid 350€ for nothing…. It really saddened me because I am a student and I had wanted to do this whitening for a long time. I was very disappointed that the dentist made me pay for the entire whitening, although she knew very well that my teeth were strictly fine. do not bleach afterwards.... (Show more)

A dental office to really avoid. I was given a wrong diagnosis and inappropriate treatment, in addition to poor quality. Instead of treating the crack which was clearly visible, I was given another root canal treatment (in 30 minutes, therefore very superficial). The final filling was not watertight. Result: reinfection, pain and the crack growing. The dentist who started the treatment never showed up for the appointment to finish the treatment. It was done by another dentist in a hurry..Result: root canal treatment to be redone and a crown to be put in to save the tooth, elsewhere of course. No apologies from the staff. In short, find another office if you are looking for quality treatment. I was seen by the endodontist Mrs. Ana Stanciulescu for a devitalization. This is the best dental care I have received in my entire life!!!! Very human, understandable, gentle, meticulous and attentive to the patient. It puts you at ease, reassuring. I didn't feel anything!!!! I didn't have any cavities, but the nerves in my teeth were over-inflamed, it went all the way to my sinuses!!!! All the dentists, including at Saint-Pierre hospital, were incredibly incompetent and did not deserve their diplomas!!!! I suffered martyrdom from September 2022 to February 2023!!!! The morphine didn't even have any effect anymore!!!! She and her assistant were great!!!!! I recommend 2000%!!!!! Beginning of the month, I bring you chocolate!!!! It is well deserved!!!!... Being back in Belgium after years abroad, I needed to find a new doctor to follow my teeth health. A close friend recommended me Doctor Ana and she was up to the recommandation at all levels. Very bad office, supposedly I had no problems (2018), but the following year I found myself having to treat several cavities which were therefore at a more advanced stage. I don't ask a dentist to tell me everything is fine just to please me! In addition, the scaling had to be done in two appointments, which is super weird if I compare with my appointments in 2019 and 2020 with two other separate dentists. In short, run away....
