I go for a health check once a year. I can go without a reservation, they respond to me right away, and everyone is so nice to me, which I like.
There are a lot of comments that criticize the receptionist, but I was very satisfied because there was a really beautiful girl there, and in fact, that might be the best point about this clinic (lol). Well, most of the girls are so pretty that I don't think they'll want to date me. The teacher is young and handsome. He has a bit of an attitude, but he's a doctor, so I don't think it's a big deal. Although he said harsh things to me about things like managing my life, I thought it was actually a blessing to hear him say such harsh things clearly. I said this a little over a year ago, but I thought that the criticism in other reviews was not very fair, so I wrote it.... (Show more)
I don't listen to people at all
I was looking for a clinic nearby that sells Zeoskin, and I found this clinic. My skin is in great condition thanks to you.
Even when I told her my symptoms, they didn't understand, and in the end I was treated as mentally ill. I was told that I couldn't talk any more because there was someone else waiting.
I've been coming here for about 7 years because of tension headaches and migraines, but I've never felt that the receptionist was unpleasant. I think there are a lot of hospitals that are normal, or even worse. Even though I say 7 years, I only go about once a year. The doctor is definitely eccentric and fidgety, but he explains things thoroughly, the medicine is right for him, and most of all, he's available and it's over quickly, so I like it. When I introduced her to a good friend at work, she didn't seem to get along well with the doctor, and she got angry and said, ``She scolded me for taking too many medicines😡,'' but what you said is correct, as taking too many painkillers can cause even more headaches. Or.... (Show more)
I found Zeoskin for sale on a website and asked a friend for counseling. It was empty and the guidance was smooth. The clinic was clean and the counseling was very friendly. I would like to use Zeoskin with peace of mind.
Thank you for your help with my third vaccination. I chose it just because it was close to my workplace, and it seems like it was a hit! Although he wasn't very friendly, he was very thorough in explaining side effects and what to do if they occurred. The response time was quick, and it took less than 10 minutes from reception to vaccination. thank you very much.
I was examined by Director Uematsu at the neurosurgery department. He's not very friendly at all and maybe a bit annoying, but he explains things in quite a lot of detail and if you ask him a question, he'll give you an answer, so it was nice. Anyway, the teacher is kind and smiling, and I think it's a good idea for people to go there.
It was used for corona vaccination. He was a quiet person with gray hair, but without me even having to ask, he carefully explained in detail about side effects and how to use antipyretic analgesics. I didn't have to wait long, and even though I was traveling with an infant, the nurses and receptionists greeted me with smiles, which I was very grateful for. After the second vaccination, I developed a fairly high fever, but I followed the doctor's instructions and recovered after receiving treatment at home.... (Show more)
Some people are writing reviews about the receptionist, but if you don't like them that much, shouldn't you just go to another hospital? You don't have to ask the receptionist to examine you. How timid are you when you make a complaint and say "Google user" or "H.N (or a fancy name)"? I think you should state your name clearly and confidently. I want to write about it, but I can't say my name, so I don't know if I'll just write about it lazily and like it's behind my back. I wish they would stop writing reviews that simply vent my sadness. Hospital doctors are not gods. It's not a clinic here, but unfortunately there are some doctors and nurses who make you question their humanity. There are teachers at other hospitals who are more eccentric, A doctor who always refuses to answer any question I ask, or a normally gentle doctor who gets angry when I ask something about something written on the internet (well, that's natural. It's not the doctor's fault. It's the patient's fault). The doctor speaks so fast that I can't understand what he's saying, and even if I ask a question, he just ignores it and the examination ends. There have been times when I asked a question to a teacher and was scolded, telling me not to do anything wrong. Since doctors are paying money, they have an obligation to answer questions from their patients. Of course, if you have any doubts regarding the symptoms of your illness or the medicines you are taking, etc. *I am not an expert in matters other than those in my department. It's a doctor's job to examine people, but if you listen to them talk endlessly, the doctor is also a human being. I have other things to do, and I have to see the next patient, so I'm tired. I think there are days when I don't feel well. We can choose our doctors, but doctors cannot choose their patients. If you were to make a decision based solely on the reviews here, wouldn't it be wiser to go to another hospital? If you feel bad about it. I think it also has something to do with the teacher. I have developed coughing and asthma since I became an adult, and due to work on weekdays, I am unable to go to the hospital due to time constraints. Although we are closed on Mondays, we also offer medical treatment on Saturdays and Sundays, which is very helpful. Every time I go, the hospital feels clean and there aren't many people around, so everything goes smoothly, but I haven't been there since the new building was built, so I don't think I'd like it if it became crowded. (Added in 2022) It's true that the doctor seems a little scary at first (maybe he's shy?), but he puts me at ease as he clearly explains the treatment policy and my current condition. It's been almost 6 years since I started coming here. Payments for services other than cosmetic dermatology are generally in cash, but the Usagi Pharmacy next door accepts credit cards for payments of 3,000 yen or more.... (Show more)
The service at this place was fantastic. In the reviews, people complained about the bad service, but there are different staff there now and so the service has greatly improved. They were very caring and I had a great time.
I suffered from chronic migraine headaches and visited several headache outpatient clinics, but when I was mentally depressed and didn't know the cause, I finally decided to go see a doctor. As a result, my teacher yelled at me. It seems like he didn't like that the medicine he gave him didn't work. ``If you continue to take headache medicine at this rate, you're going to have a myocardial infarction and die!'' I was suddenly yelled at. I'm not exaggerating because it's anonymous, and I still wish they would apologize directly. From then on, I became even more mentally depressed and quit the company. When I consulted the company's industrial physician, I was told that it wouldn't be enough to kill me. He is an unfriendly doctor who never looks at people's faces and whose mood changes rapidly. Is it something a doctor can easily say to a patient, ``I'm going to die''? I want you to reconsider the weight of words. I won't go again.... (Show more)
Very helpful but not a word of English was spoken hence had to use Google translate to get through
I visited him once as a migraine outpatient clinic. I complained of a headache, but he spoke to me without even looking at me. I usually go to another outpatient clinic, but since this hospital is nearby, I told them that I would like to go there if possible, and they said that it might be better to go to the usual hospital. When I told him that the medicine he prescribed didn't work for me in the past, he told me that this was the only medicine he had for me! That's what I was told. surprised. It's a far cry from medical care that involves facing patients. I live nearby, but I will never go there again.... (Show more)
I regularly suffer from colds and allergies. I feel at ease going to the clinic because they explain my illness properly. I think the best part is that the waiting time is short, especially since it's an internal medicine clinic. Some people may not like the way the teacher says things, but if you don't mind, there's <$_1>.... (Show more)
Without any medical examination, he was suddenly given two weeks' worth of medicine. The receptionist was unmotivated, and the sofas and doors had no cleanliness. I feel like I'm doing well here.
Since the hospital I usually go to was closed, I went to the dermatologist here, but the doctor in charge didn't listen to me very well, and told me that I should just use the medicine they gave me. As a result, I was prescribed unnecessary drugs and excessive doses, which cost me a lot of money. I find him unfriendly and arrogant, which makes me feel bad. This is a hospital (dermatology department) that I absolutely do not recommend. I will never go there again. I tore up my medical card.... (Show more)
I started going to the doctor because I had been having severe headaches for the past 4-5 years. When I first started going to the hospital, he examined me carefully, but when I went to see him the other day, he didn't listen to my symptoms, got angry at me for some reason, and treated me in a way that made me feel bad.
I visited a dermatologist because I suspected allergic dermatitis. A middle-aged male doctor attended to me, but he didn't even look at the affected area (which was all hidden by clothes) and diagnosed me only based on my verbal explanation. During the diagnosis, I felt very sick because he spoke in a way that made it seem like he was clearly making fun of the patient. The medicine I received seems to be working, but what if my explanation of the symptoms was completely wrong? It's very scary to think that he was diagnosed with this at face value. It's not a big deal, but I can't trust this doctor, so I won't be seeing him again.... (Show more)
