I don't want to give even 1 star. It doesn't hurt, it's all female and friendly, and most of all, I've been going here for many years since I was little, so I believed in it, but all the teeth I had treated here had to be redone. I had to redo the root canal treatment for one of my back teeth, and an even bigger problem occurred with my canine tooth. The fillings on the front teeth were left untreated even though they were discolored. Because I had undergone treatment when I was a child, I had no idea where the filling was, so I always assumed it was a discolored tooth. I only regret that I should have gone to another dentist sooner. My family went there with me, and other dentists were surprised that they had lost their insurance cards and that this type of orthodontic treatment would never get them clean. I can only feel disbelief. I'm really disappointed because I believed in it because you can't see what's going on inside your mouth. When treating back teeth, “For now, I’ll make it with stuffing and see how it goes.” That's why I ordered ceramic, thinking it would still be under warranty. Finally, a year later, “It looks like it won’t work after all, so I’ll put it on as a cover.” When I asked about the warranty period, I was told that it would cost almost the full amount because it depends on the filling and the covering. Shouldn't you have said that from the beginning? In that case, I didn't choose ceramic the first time. By the way, the root treatment for that tooth was redone (not here, of course, but at a doctor with the latest equipment). I was told that if I had been one step slower, the bacteria would have entered my sinuses and caused sinusitis. 230,000 yen for canine teeth covered with ceramic. It was treated three or four years ago, and it was recently discovered (at another dentist) that there was a hole in the middle of the tooth. It is also possible that the cracks were caused by the base used when the ceramic was placed. It takes six months to a year to undergo special orthodontic treatment, and of course the fundamental treatment has to be redone. The ceramic has also been re-covered. In addition to wasting money, it ended up costing me more time and money. I really want my time, money, and trust in me to be returned.... (Show more)

The dentist Dr.Arai and her staff is always very friendly and takes the time to explain procedures in detail and problems if any. I am very grateful for her service.

Time after time, Dr. Arai and her staff continue to give me quality care! They do their best to explain necessary procedures and set appointments in a timely manner! Always keeping my oral health in mind, they make the best strategy for me! I have been to other English-speaking clinics but find them either over priced or unsatisfactory service (to rough cleaning, unnecessary procedures)! I have gone to the Yamate Clinic for almost two years now and will continue to do so with myself and my growing family! Really great service in a convenient location! The only thing that would make this Clinic better is if it had appointment by email (just my preference). *Receptionist may not speak English but they always do their best to communicate so don’t be afraid to call as a new patient!... Terrible experience. If you value your teeth do not go here. The dentist butchered my teeth and when I asked her to fix them she said: "your time is up, next time" I never felt so humiliated. I'm supposed to stay with terrible teeth for two weeks because of her bad job. Do not go here.

Very friendly staff, who patiently explained my treatment options in English. It's been a couple of weeks since my treatment was completed and so far so good.

The dentists here are unscrupulous, profit-oriented, and careless dentists who are not affiliated with the Japan Dental Association, nor have they participated in the training of the Japan Dental Association. My teeth were ruined after going here. When I went to another dentist, he was surprised and said, ``The way they do fillings is terrible!'' I asked them to have it redone within the free warranty period, but the dentist insisted that they didn't want the warranty and the warranty was not given. To put it bluntly, it's a scam. It's better not to go at all.... (Show more)

The doctor explains every procedure very well. All staff are friendly. They even taught us how to brush our teeth properly. They seem genuinely concerned about our dental care. Also answers through email. Always on time in starting.

The staff and dentist were very nice and patient with my daughter. She now loves going to the dentist and keeps asking me to bring her there all the time. It is now a special treat for her to go and see the dentist.

I have been visiting with my family for quite some time and have been taken care of. I don't think I'll go again. Daddy's inlay is also slippery. Even though it was expensive to use ceramic, it only lasts about 5 years. Maybe the adhesive used here is bad. Even though the dentist says it doesn't hurt, the anesthesia hurts. Even though I have a reservation, I always have to wait an hour. I thought it was something like this, but I only noticed it when I went to another dentist. Good, you noticed.
