The ladies in the front are VERY RUDE! I had an appointment at 945am! I'm still waiting it's been almost an hour! There's nobody literally in the lobby waiting, I went to ask her how much longer it should take, and she said go have a seat I'll check on that, and she never did! These ladies are rude, don't smile, they have major attitudes! I come to this location because it's closer to my house, but I'm thinking I'll drive all the way across town and get the help I need for now on!... (Show more)

I came in as a walk in for a UTI and was seen within a half hour. The staff were all nice and respectful. They even carried the uti medicine at this location which made things easier. The lobby is nice and clean.

Very clean and the staff was extremely patient and kind. Answered all of my questions and supportive. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs medical assistance - nicer than official doctor offices I’ve been to.

Don’t go here. They don’t listen to what you need as a patient. I won’t be back if Eugene the PA is still working there. Please don’t say “I understand” or “I hear you” when you clearly do not hear or understand me. It’s degrading and unhelpful.

They hung up on me near the end of me setting up an appointment. The girl seemed pretty dumb. When I called back, I fortunately got a different girl who was much better. She told me the other girl didn't end up saving my appointment at all, so I had to re-tell all my information and stuff.

Best planned parenthood to go to for HRT in Fresno in my experience! Very friendly and professional staff with good insight about HRT that are willing to teach you more about it. Eugene the best!

Great care. My general practitioner is a doctor there and she has navigated me through Diabetes, Asthma, and Kidney/UTI issues that have plagued me my whole life. I've received excellent care and service from the entire staff and encourage everyone (but especially those with lower incomes) to consider them for your medical needs!! They are so much more than *just* reproductive care...my general health is now well managed thanks to them. I'm 52 and have struggled with health issues all my life, but since using them for my healthcare provider, for the first time I feel my health issues are controlled and on track to improving. 100/10 Recommend... I made an appointment for a reason. Wen I went to the appointment I seen the doctor and I explained my diagnosis and my problem but they didn't believe me and they don't I have anything and told me nothing should be worried about I'm trying to start a family and trying to be treated but this place is the wrong place to go. The front desk team is super nice and welcoming and the rest of the staff is professional and respectful. Great service all around!

I was sent to this location because this was the only location available for my medical needs as far as getting a quick appointment. They referred me to get an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech told me that my doctor should get back to me in 3 days. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything yet. I got my results online and had to look up medical terminologies myself. I called them and someone said they'll get back to me in 24 hours. It's been another week and no response. Advice: be responsible for your own health eat right and take care of yourself or you'll have to deal with this kind of service.... (Show more)

Incredible, the receptionist speaks Spanish well and was translating everything the doctor said... And the doctor was super friendly, explaining my problems in detail... I am very grateful... Blessings!

As a Transgender individual, there is no better clinic to go to than Planned Parenthood where you get the proper medical care you need, when most medical facilities do not know how to care for Transgender patients. I want to encourage other Trans individuals to seek their primary care here, or find a Doctor who works closely with Trans patients/is a Trans doctor themself. I feel like just a number and not a person. Their med list is like they put all meds from them and from past doctors records on one list. Yet from last last month seeing them and yesterday it's like they don't know what ones they give me in general and still if you told them what you are taking and not taking in the each last appts like they don't remove anything off the list. I'm not from fresno, I lived here for 4 years and it's like most of Fresno doctors act like they don't know what they're doing.... (Show more)

I made an appointment at 9:40 am and they finally called me in at 11 am. It took them over an hour to finally call me in. Why make an appointment....

This place is better than people give it credit for.

They were so kind and very patient with me since I was there without parental knowledge and helped me very calmly as I was a nervous wreck

I showed up as a walk in knowing what I was getting myself into as far as waiting- that’s not my issue. But when the front desk rep told me “ I’ll be with you in just a minute” just so she can gossip with her coworker about a new coworker, that’s unacceptable and very unprofessional!
