Dr. Bash and the hygienists are all great! They always explain procedures and answer your questions, making you feel like an important customer. They are timely with appointments and are always able to reach on the phone
Had a chipped tooth. Went in not knowing what to expect. They put you at ease. Procedure was painless. Would recommend for all dental needs.

Amazing. Best dentist practices in this office. HANDS DOWN! Fast, Smooth, They actually care and Dr. Bash and everybody in the office is beyond PROFESSIONAL. Just had a Root Canal and it was SIMPLE! BOOM!! HIIIIIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Thai is a great hygienist. She explains the process really well and is gentle. Dr. Bash is the best Dentist I’ve ever had. They are really nice and they never keep you waiting. I’m blanking on the receptionists name but she is so kind and really listens to your needs. Highly recommend.
Personal are cery friendly and inviting, they explained everything and made myself and my 14 year old feel very comfortable and well cared for. We are so happy we found a new dentist! Thanks again
If I could give Dr. Bash less than one star I would. The rest of his office is wonderful. I have been going to his office for at least 4 years now and I used to refer people to him all the time because he was very good about ensuring my comfort and managing and pain from procedures. Lately, however, when I've gone in for fillings or anything else that would be a painful procedure, I've had issues with the novocaine not numbing me enough. I've flinched away from the dental tools in pain. I started crying in Dr. Bash's chair and all he said to me was "oh I'm almost done, it's okay." and CONTINUED DRILLING MY NOT NUMB TOOTH. No, it is NOT okay!!! It was excruciatingly painful and I left his office sobbing. It will be very difficult for me to work up the nerve to go see another dentist due to the trauma Dr. Bash has caused. I need an extraction of another tooth and I would honestly rather rip the thing out of my mouth with a pair of rusty pliers than go back to see Dr. Ammar Bash. When I've had experiences with his dental assistants however, they have always been understanding and have ALWAYS given me more novocaine before proceeding the second they notice I'm in pain. Dr. Bash, re-evaluate your line of work because you don't seem to care anymore. I will never recommend another person to go to your practice. I dread having to sit down in your chair again, and doubt I would be able to force myself to do so. Do better.... (Show more)
Dr. Bash is amazing, he takes care of his patients family very well. My experience with Worcester Dentist Group was way better than I expected.
I am always very happy with the care I have received here. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the dentist, Dr. Bash is skilled and knowledgeable. Hien provides me with a comprehensive cleaning service. She makes sure that I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments. I highly recommend Worcester Dentist Group!
Worcester Dental Group is fantastic! My previous dentist was at UCLA, so my bar was high. Dr. Bash exceeded my expectations and is highly knowledgeable and provides options on addressing care. They have a friendly feel and friendlier staff. They are always quick to help and answer any questions. From the receptionist to the doctors its always a warm and enjoyable experience.

I recently had a crown put in by Dr. Bash. I found him to be very professional, but very caring. He does excellent work, and he is a gentleman. I would highly recommend him.
