Alan is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I experience anxiety when attending the dentist and really struggle with some of the procedures. Alan has always been compassionate and caring which helps me to feel at ease and more comfortable when in the dentist chair. In the last 5 years I have became more confident getting treatment and my overall experience has been very positive. The nurses that work alongside Alan are also very supportive. Alan was my dentist at Woodhill Dental Care and I have been blown away by the standards and care taken towards my dental wants and needs, I have had many years of trouble with dentists in the past and Alan and the staff put me straight at ease. I was able to sit and explain everything I disliked about my teeth and was given options and advice. i would 100% recommend this wonderfull dentist. my denist Alex is amazing to say the least she is so very patient with me im very anxious about the dentist and always have been ms Alex has amazingly changed my fear into feeling safe and relaxed when im in her care.i still have a lot of work to be done but im 100% confident in the work she does and has allready done for me i love my denist i can not recommend woodhill dental care enough so if anyone out there is looking for a really good denist woodhill dental care is the one for you they are amazing they make you feel relaxed safe and very comfortable. thank you for your continuous wonderfull help and treatment.... I got married last year and Alan was so kind to fit me in at the last minute. I had a full check up and dental clean and Alan also gave me an x ray to assess an ongoing issue. I cannot recommend Alan enough and the professional and friendly service I received from Woodhill Dental Care.

The service at Woodhill Dental Care has the right balance between friendly and professional. I attended this practice due to disliking the appearance of my teeth, something that I have been self conscious about for a long time. Alan gave me a number of different treatment options as well as describing them to me, making me feel instantly at ease. Some of the options included, composite bonding and orthodontics. When I had my treatment, it was completely pain free. Alan was meticulous in making sure I was happy with the appearance before I left the surgery. If I had known it was easy as that I wouldn't have left it as long as I did. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is anxious about visiting the dentist or for someone like myself, who wanted to change the general look of my teeth. I went to Woodhill Dental Care last year having not seen a dentist in 13 years due to a bad experience elsewhere. I was immediately put at ease. Dr Howie has an extremely calm demeanour and was clearly very mindful of the fact that I was nervous. The experience was extremely positive and I felt as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders knowing that I had taken the first step back to looking after my teeth, and that I had confidence in Dr Howie going forward. I mentioned that I was thinking about correcting some movement in my teeth that had occurred over the years which was causing a dark shadow in photographs when I smiled. A few weeks later I began the process of having C-Fast braces fitted, and it is undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had braces, whitening and very subtle bonding. Whilst my braces were on longer than usual, this was due to only to COVID, and I was extremely grateful to have been given a very swift appointment almost immediately after lockdown restrictions were lifted. Throughout the whole process I felt that there was excellent communication, and that Dr Howie clearly had an excellent understanding of what would look most aesthetically pleasing, and most importantly, natural. Over the last 7 or 8 years I had become increasingly self conscious and would try to disguise my smile when smiling for photographs and when I laughed with friends. I'm very happy with the results and no longer feel sad about the way I look. Its not about being vain - photographs are memories and I am so happy that I can look back at pictures and now no longer only focus on my bad smile... I have recommend Woodhill Dental Care to friends and family and would, without hesitation, endorse them as being 1) highly skilled 2) professional 3) cost effective 4) understanding of nervous patients. Fantastic Service from Alan and the team. I have always been self conscious about my smile due to the spacing between my teeth. After a couple of visits, I'm absolutely loving my new smile! Can't recommend them enough!

Great dental practice. Both Alan and Gareth have fantastic patience the dental nurses and reception staff are most helpful and friendly. I cant recommend highly enough.

Can't recommend Woodhill enough, seriously if you're in Glasgow they should be your go to! Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming and make you feel super comfortable (especially if you get a bit nervous at the dentist!) Can't imagine going anywhere else!
