The environment is very good. There is a room manager who can speak Chinese so you don’t have to worry about communication problems! The face-to-face consultation process was also very smooth! Suitable projects are recommended!

I contacted them a couple of times for dermatological inquiries on WhatsApp. The contact person just asked when I was coming to Korea and told me they will get back to me after checking the photos. It's been over a week without any updates even when I have chased. Seems very rude and arrogant. I will just find another skin clinic who offers a more pleasant customer service.... (Show more)

The environment is very good

It was definitely different from factory-type hospitals. Like other people's reviews, the medical staff definitely looked professional and gave detailed explanations. It became very famous overseas, so I saw a lot of people coming from overseas. An acquaintance of mine recommended this place because he was completely satisfied with the breast surgery, and I had the skin surgery done here and was very satisfied with the skin surgery. The location of WOOA Plastic Surgery Hospital is very easy to find. It can be reached by walking 400 meters from Exit 4 of Apgujeong Subway Station on Line 3. The hospital is very conspicuous ~ after all, it is a relatively large medical institution. This hospital is quite famous for breast plastic surgery in Korea. Today is my second visit. The first time I came here last year, I felt that the environment was great. The skin testing process was very complete. The consultation process between the room director and the dean was also very professional. It did not make people feel like a forced sales. The whole trip was great. Very cool! I love this center, they are professionals and they speak English. And the best thing is that their prices are very good. During the consultation they explained to me prices and what my surgery would consist of. I got Blepharoplasty done, I had sagging skin on my right eye, which to me was just not pleasing and would tire my vision at times. I got my surgery done a week after, and the doctor explained that it would be local anesthesia, which was perfect for me. It was so simple, and it did not hurt I did feel a burning sensation for a an hour, but once I got home and put the cold pack it was gone. I actually healed pretty quick and there was no pain. And I am in love with how I look now, even my family says that I look younger. If you need to get your surgery done, look no further, trust me, you will not regret it. Everything I said regarding my TERRIBLE consultation process and experience is TRUE, and I have it on record as evidence. You are also spreading false and misleading information about me and my experience!!! I reserve my right to take legal action as well. **Question of the day: is it professional, ethical or even legal for you to share my, your patient's, PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL treatment information here WITHOUT consent??? ++++++++++++++++++++ I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this place!!! They won't let you meet or consult with the operating doctor until you've paid. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT???? And their senior manager told me on record that's how they do things. I should have seen this as a serious warning sign and just walked away. They treat their patients like a pure money grab, and the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I tried to resovle the situation with them with a fair solution to both parties, but they refused and just told me to leave. The entire time they were extremely rude and aggressive!!! There was some miscommunication when I first arrived as I was trying to go to the derm clinic but went to the surgery clinic. Once we figured out what was going on, the consultation went great and service was amazing. They try to make you really feel comfortable throughout the process and everyone is very caring. Would recommend Update: it’s been a couple of months since my procedures and found out that for my under eye filler, they used juvederm, which is the WRONG kind of filler for under eye as it migrates. Very disappointing bc now I need to get the fillers dissolved and redone in the states, which is extremely expensive.... (Show more)

Really appreicate Wooa's services. I browsed all the clinic and plastic surgery center around in Seoul before I visit Korea. There was 4 things was made me change to visit Wooa than other clinic. 1) Native speaking services in Online and also direct consultation. Eddie and Grace English speaking skills and manners was good and they assist me from the consultation up to the end of the treatments to listen my concerns and even small request. 2) 24 hours emergency system. Shocked, they response with me just in 2~3 minutes at midnight and also after midnight. 4) Experienced doctors and nurse . Some other clinic just performing the procedure just like "factory" but WOOA doctor's are performing all the procedure gently so i felt comfortable during the consultaiton and also the procedures. This was my first time visiting WOOA, and it was a nicer building than I expected, and the receptionist was kind and nice. Best of all, the interpreter spoke fluently in Japanese and had fun conversing with me, which made me feel relaxed and relieved of my anxiety before the treatment (>_<) I was very happy that he took care of me during the procedure.
