I regularly go to Barbara for a massage to relieve neck tension and chronic shoulder pain: I can't recommend her enough, as a therapist Barbara always goes above and beyond and shows great kindness and compassion.

I’ve been seeing Emma on & off for the past three years for a back problem. Emma is amazing, kind, gentle & professional. She listens, gives advice and confidence to each session. I absolutely recommend Accupuncture now, it’s been fantastic for me and I trust Emma completely.

This place is amazing. Emma has completely nailed my hayfever (and my hormonal hot flushes) every year I suffer so badly with hayfever, I have constant runny and itchy eyes and nose and this year since having regular acupuncture I’ve not had any symptoms and not had to take a single antihistamine.

Would throughly recommend Emma Vickers for acupuncture. I had a troublesome arm injury and the therapy and massages she used have helped so much. I have to say I was sceptical at first but I am a convert!

Barbra is incredible! Ive always walked out feeling a million times better than when I walked in. She creates such a calm, welcoming, and kind atmosphere for her clients, and I will never go elsewhere for a massage.

I find Barbara's massages wonderful. She knows a lot about the human body and I always come away feeling great afterwards. She is a lovely person and I feel really safe in her hands. You are unlikely to find a better masseur in Brighton.

Rosie was one of the first people to help me with my lasting Covid symptoms. I trust her knowledge of the body and its systems and felt safe in her care. We worked on a multitude of symptoms, one by one. Fatigue, lung pain, disrupted menstrual cycle, headaches and much more. At no point did it trigger a relapse or prove too much. The Fiveways Acupuncture Clinic is my go-to place for acupuncture and massage. Deirdre Brunton is the most skilled, gentle and kind person imaginable. She's treated my family for over 20 years, including my children from teens into 20s and now 30s. Barbara's massages are a revelation! She is so skilled and thoughtful. Everything feels better when you're with her. Every effort has been made to make the Clinic disabled friendly: no steps into the building or within, and a ground floor toilet with support handles.... We have been visiting the Fiveways acupuncture clinic since my son was a toddler. He's now 9 and we see Rosie once a week. She's incredibly kind and welcoming which immediately puts my son at ease. My son has a chronic long term condition and the support he gets from his regular treatments has really helped to keep him healthier and stronger than he would have been without them. We have loved getting to know Rosie over the years and encouraged by her treatment of my son we are now, as a family all getting treated by her.
