Peter is an extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and caring clinician, who listens! He is very much solution focused in the least amount of visits, which I found most reassuring. As someone who has attended many, CPs, PTs, Chiropractors, etc, over the years, I can highly recommend Peter.

Very professional, accurate diagnosis given and effective treatment rehabilitation program. He is a chartered physiotherapist and covered by health insurance.

From the initial enquiry about making an appointment the experience has been completely hassle free. Peter returns calls promptly and was very welcoming at initial visit where he did a thorough assessment and then explained what my issues were and began treatment immediately. Towards the end of the session he videoed me doing exercises which were then emailed to me so I could continue making progress at home. I have had rwo sessions and am really feeling the benefits. I went to Peter with pain in my neck that gave me great discomfort in the mornings in particular of unknown origin. Across 2 sessions with thorough massage of the painful area and dry-needling split over 2 weeks, I'm pain free. Peter's recorded video of me doing the stretches required to prevent pain like this in the future are clear and will ensure I don't misinterpret my stretch routine going forward. I cannot recommend Waterford Physiotherapy enough! After 6 months of chronic shoulder pain, three failed visits to other physiotherapists, Peter quickly, effectively and accurately diagnosed my issue. The diagnosis was quickly followed by dry needling which was extremely effective in releasing my shoulder and the months of pain that went with it. Peter followed this process up with some light massage before strapping up my shoulder with kinesiology tape which provided great support and comfort. Peter then taught me four exercises to rehabilitate the shoulder and videoed me performing the exercises which was subsequently emailed to me. I found this to be highly valuable when trying to recall the exercises days later. Peter's 25 years of experience is obvious, he is a true master and a rare talent. I returned for a second session a week later and I trust Peter to resolve an issue that has plagued me for years. While I am still in the early days of treatment and rehab, I cannot express how significant a change that just one visit to the clinic brought to my life.... (Show more)

As I sprang out of my relatively low slung car this afternoon, the first thing that came to mind was Peter Keane!!! I have just completed two sessions with Peter on my back. He was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, his knowledge was second to none. Having worked on my back both manually and with some space age looking machinery, he then demonstrated exercise, got me to do them as he recorded and then emailed to me. His emphasis is on getting the client as mobile as possible as fast as possible and giving you the tools to stay mobile. He is not in the business of bringing you back time after time. I just moved to Waterford and have working from home at a desk for the last 18 months. My neck was super tense. After just one session I feel looser and no pain in my neck. Peter is great.
