Super friendly and informative staff. Always helpful and understanding. Never had a bad experience at all and I've been registered for around 5years! My son (6yrs) loves the friendly experience too! Dr. Shabnam is an amazing dentist she's always so caring and gentle.
Over the past few weeks I've visited 3 times for separate things with Maria the hygienist as well as both Dr Nikita & Dr Shabnam. Their professionalism & level of service is really wonderful & on all these occasions I was met & looked after by Kelly managing the front desk who always greets me with a warm smile & is so pleasant & welcoming. The best dental experience we’ve ever had! Both Dr Shabnam and Dr Nikita have made my husband and I (who have always been nervous about dental visits!) and our two young daughters feel very comfortable and confident in the service they provide. The friendly approach of all the staff including (especially) Kelly at the front desk, the hygienist and orthodontist means our youngest wants to visit the practice whenever we’re in the area! What I appreciated and respected most was that I had wanted some extra dental work done but it wouldn’t have benefited me so was told not to go ahead. I have been with West House Dental for a few years and I can say that Dr. Nikita and her team are very professional and caring. All of them take time to explain every step they are taking and provide thorough advice. They are all kind and make the experience very pleasant!

My experience at West House Dental has been amazing. The initial consultation was very thorough - Nikita took the time to answer all my questions and concerns as well as the rest of the check up, and was proactive about following up on the issues I had mentioned. Having fillings done was incredibly painless, especially compared to other places where I have had dental work, and they look fantastic as well. Both of the dental nurses in my appointments have been very friendly and professional, and efficient, as have the receptionists. Couldn't recommend this enough, it's well worth it. What a pleasant experience, something you can't normally say about going to the dentist. Thank you West House Dental! Very nice dentist practice in the park, receptionist Kelly very friendly and efficient. Easy to book appointments and lots of reminders beforehand. Had my first filling in about 20 years here with Dr Shabnam and the process was painless and quick. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend WHD for delivering high-level dental treatment and for its exceptionally friendly approach, including from its lovely receptionist. Not your regular dentist practice … wish I had found this place sooner! I had a huge phobia of the dentist after multiple awful experiences with NHS dentists, but this place has changed my view entirely and made such a difference. All staff are so welcoming, kind and polite - especially lovely Kelly in reception! A special shout out needs to go to Dr Rahul Savjani who has been nothing short of amazing. I needed some work done and because of my anxiety it was spread out into stages. I have gone from being petrified of even being in the waiting room of a dental surgery to today being able to have the last part of the treatment plan without any anaesthetic and I stayed entirely calm! He took the time to explain everything to me and keeps you informed every step of the way what he’s doing and why. I also needed some advice whilst the practice was closed over the Christmas break and I was able to speak to the lovely Dr Shabnam Zai within a matter of hours who was so supportive and helpful. She even followed up with me a couple of weeks after to check how everything was. You wouldn’t get this level of service anywhere else! Please, if you have had bad experiences with dentists in the past - give this place a try and let them change your mind! It is worth every penny and I’m so grateful I’ve found them!... (Show more)
The staff at WHD always make you feel very calm and relaxed, and you never feel rushed. Shabnam in particular has a lovely manner, and for our children as well as ourselves, she always make the extra effort to make you feel at ease.
Amazing Experience! My partner was in severe tooth pain and no dentist in the area was able to help. Dr Rahul Savjani move appointment around to fit him in urgently and went above and beyond to ensure that he felt calm and reassured that he would get the required help. He worked his magic and within in an hour my partner was feeling back to his normal self! We cannot thank Dr Savjani enough for being so compassionate and helpful. I came to West House Dental for some aesthetic procedures and I had a great experience. The staff were all lovely, in particular Dr Gizem who talked me through my procedures and reassured me with any concerns and queries. Would highly recommend!

I have been visiting West House Dental practise for few years and seeing Dr Shabnam Zai. She has a vast knowledge and experience, and you feel you are in safe hands. She goes beyond dental and does detailed checks to ensure that there are no suspicious mouth ulcers. As I am on blood thinner medications never seen any sign of blood during check up.
