Very Unpersonable consult. Pushed me thru process, didn't expound on any of the recommended procedures and acted as though I was imposing on their schedule. Would not recommend.

Dr Chern and Tonia, her nurse, amazing! They explained the Mohs procedure which helped me to relax. Their professionalism along with their funny, sweet and caring personalities made me less anxious from the start. Y’all are a blessing to your patients and profession. Thanks to both of you!

Always a great experience at WLD! Check in and out are always easy. All staff is highly professional. We especially love Dr. Rimoin. Her bedside manner is reassuring and she’s thorough and very kind.

I had to repeat over and over that I was pregnant, and was still prescribed a retinol. It was all over my paperwork and I told the nurse who checked me in. The doctor walked out and I had to follow him out to double-check that I could take it. Nope! So reckless. Had so many experiences like this. The final straw was that I had a laser procedure that scarred my nose. The doctor told me as I signed the paperwork, "Don't worry, you'll be fine!" since I asked lots of questions. The doctors at Westlake Derm are tip top. The care and overall experience are thorough. I wasn't sure before my first visit as the billboards I see around town appeared to be more of a cosmetic practice, but their medical side is terrific. I always look forward to my appointments at Westlake Dermatology. It's such a beautiful building and Dr. Delcambre is an all-around class act. She is so friendly, takes the time to explain answers to all my skin questions, and is thorough and detailed in her exam. Dr. Friedman does great work. Always professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to work with my budget. I’ve been seeing him for several years. I’m both grateful and thankful for all he has done for me. Staff are wonderful too. All courteous and very helpful!

These professionals are very professional. If you're curious about the laser treatments, that Dr. Friedman is very professional with the lasers. He was able to remove some unsightly skin blemishes. I experienced no lasting side effects from the lasers, just the expected effects of a recovery continuing maybe 3 weeks after the treatment. I recovered quite smoothly. There are only few places that have such a high customer service level and Westlake Dermatology is one of them. Since the moment I got to the front desk area, where courteous people take care of your checking and offer you water with a pleasant attitude. Then the Dr I saw was so concerned and focused on my medical issue that I can recommend any family member or friend to visit Westlake Dermatology, it is worthy the trip since I live in Round Rock. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I was greeted with warmth and kindness. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Everything was explained to me, and my questions were answered. Sara Bode was amazing. Do not waste your time and money on Thermage and Ultherapy as they did not work at all. I asked for specific results and mentioned it multiple times to staff and was told I would get the results and I didn't. I called to speak with the office manager to share this feedback but never got a return call. Every visit I went to I was told to go to a clinic that is closer to where I live; but this was, this made me feel unaccepted and that I was not the right skin color to be at this office.... Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule a couple times since I drive about an hour and a half to get there, but everyone on the phone was so understanding about it. I had Botox for the first time with Sara Bode and she was wonderful. Her and her nurse made me feel so comfortable. My Botox looks great. No pain, no swelling, no bruising. Extremely disappointing service and horrible experience at the Westlake location today. I have been coming here for years. However, I was charged a $50 no show fee despite calling and moving my appointment for a later day prior to the appointment. The person I spoke to made it seem like no problem to move the appointment and made no mention of being outside the 24 hour cancellation window. It was only after checking out for a different appointment did they inform me of this charge. When I resisted they proceeded to belittle me bring up consent forms that made known the 24 hour cancellation policy. Despite fine print, I have never had a business try to retroactively charge a no show fee that wasn’t mentioned on the call of someone calling to canceled/move their appointment. Although $50 is not a lot on top of a multi hundred dollar service, It is the company practices that leave customers feeling extremely misled and disrespected that matters.... (Show more)

I saw Sara Bode who was kind. However, she injected my Botox in early-mid November and it has already completely worn off mid-December. For the prices they charge, it’s surprising that I paid $800 for forehead, glabella, crows feet, and chin, which is way more than I’ve ever paid for the same services, to have it wear off in 4-5 weeks. I was reluctant to try them at first because I heard other people had a similar experience. And now I’m mad at myself because I should have listened to them. Lesson learned.... (Show more)

Highly recommend Dr. Gantz! She is wonderful and attentive. Results are very natural, and she will have you feeling confident in your own skin!
