Also a trained Supervisor for other Therapists and a member of the CHPA and ICHP. I provide a safe, comfortable, confidential and non judgmental space for my clients. I see clients individually, in groups, within companies and at my own private practice. Clients come to me from all walks of life and I am passionate about helping them make positive personal change. Specialising in stress management, anxiety reduction, sleep issues, increasing confidence/self esteem, quit smoking, weight loss and breaking habits. Whether it is to eliminate fear, feel more calm and in control, gain clarity, or increase motivation, I provide the tools and techniques which my clients master in order to make powerful change. I am practicing over 15 years now and my clients are aged 16 and over.
