The lady can provide good massage. Everything about Massage was good experience! But in the beginning I was judged by her with words about our people from the Northern side of China. Also want to lecturing me for how I have to give a review to some one! I agree that every person can have their opinion. But you should never deeply in discuss with your customers! For massage I love recommend her. But aggessivities for discussion with costumers I hope will do not come back again! Because I come here for massage not for being lectured! Without her aggessivities with discussion I really want to give 5 stars! This woman is really dangerous, she also easily give her opinion about politics. The masseuse was very good, but her attitude when she started talking was too cleft! She also said why Northeastern people are so bad! If your employees speak directly, I think they can pretend. I am a customer who goes to your store to enjoy massage because I am tired, not to be educated! So instead of feeling like I was using my money to enjoy, I was feeling like I was being pissed off! No matter how good the massage was, the masseuse's aggressive behavior also affected my mood. I don’t mean to give you this bad review sincerely! She really should reflect on herself! ! ! ! Very welcoming, took her time with the massage and made me feel comfortable. If you are in Rotterdam I would highly recommend! Great company and also gave me support in how to help my injury get better! Will be back

Foot massage of 60 minutes and pedicure of 30 minutes. If the next customer (or should I say patient?) comes in when my pedicure treatment is just starting, I'm done after 1 hour and 7 minutes (!). I pay €88 for 1.5 hours. During that 7 minute pedicure both cuticles were bleeding, to cover that up the masseuse just put on my socks herself - she never does otherwise! Furthermore, I mainly had pain and felt it for days afterwards. But I did not mention this to her, and still paid the €88. This is also a review for myself so... UPDATE: in response to salon response I have been coming here for years, and always with complete satisfaction! Since there has been a significant turnover in masseuses, I have indeed had several (very) bad experiences. But why I came back anyway: because I a) always give everyone a second chance and b) with the high turnover, I also hoped that new masseuses could raise the quality again. But don't be afraid: after another chance and then another, which was even worse if possible, you will not see me again! Strange comment from your side too: you don't respond to my criticism at all, only trying to dismiss me as a customer... amateurs! Professional massage

Nice massages at a reasonable price.

Bad experience. Booked a half hour head massage. The lady hurt me and was in a hurry. No experience with massaging at all, just scratching my scalp. I asked if it could be quieter, but that was not answered. Definitely not recommended!

The best massage

Different price communicated than at checkout (€20 difference), tools are not cleaned after use so fear the worst. Old gel polish is completely filed away and your own nail is also filed away. It was said that it could be done better with cotton wool and foil, but that was absolutely not possible. Judge for yourself the result 🤷🏻‍♀️ (the big toe in the photo was redone once because there were all small dots in it. This is the improved version) With pedicure it cost €47. Used to be better: the new ladies speak no Dutch and hardly any English. During my last 3 visits (!) I did not receive the massage I had requested by telephone (5 times)... All due to poor English! Massages themselves are OK, and the place looks neat and clean!

Good firm massage, they know what they are doing.

Had a very bad massage. Even hurt me. I had to ask a few times to turn it down, but the lady just laughed. I don't think she knew anything about it and just did whatever. In any case, I will never come here again so I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
