I have a big problem with acne scars. I did a Dermapen treatment on Piękna, which I had done before, but not in this office. The lady who performed the procedure didn't stop talking, no relaxation. Then she said that she was already used to the Dermapen and that now it goes smoothly because it rubs hard. She didn't look at the scars and their location on her face. She just rubbed my face. I tell her to focus on the scars because that's what I came with, and she says they can't see anything now because I have so much blood on my face. As it turned out, your practiced rubbing only made my scar worse because it spread it and got bigger. For the price of PLN 700, I expected a more professional approach.... (Show more)

Very unprofessional approach to the patient, I live in the UK, I made an appointment related to the procedure, I booked a plane ticket, the visit was supposed to be on Monday, and on Friday afternoon I received a call that the visit had been canceled and they didn't even tell me exactly why.
