Dr Ted Schiff
Double board certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology, and dedicated to treating skin problems of all kinds in a community setting, Ted Schiff, M.D., counts among his specializations the treatment of skin cancer. He is one of the few surgeons in our region who is fellowship trained to perform MOHS surgery, an innovative technique that offers individuals with skin cancer the best outcome with the least amount of tissue loss. He also treats skin rashes, psoriasis, eczema, warts, moles, cysts, acne, aging skin and other skin conditions.
Dr Nayomi Omura
Nayomi E. Omura MD, Board Certified in Dermatology, received her M.D. in 1996 from the State University of New York at the Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, N.Y. Dr. Omura continued her medical training with a one-year Internal Medicine Internship at George Washington University Hospital, Washington DC, followed by a three-year Dermatology Residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Dartmouth Medical School, Lebanon, NH. Dr. Omura then completed a one year Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery and Laser with SkinCare Physicians of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
Dr Dwayne Montie
Dr. Dwayne Montie, Board Certified in Dermatology, is a graduate of the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. In addition, Dr. Montie is a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Montie completed a three year residency in Dermatology at Columbia Hospital and served as Chief Resident for the 2006-2007 academic year. During his residency he received the Frist Humanitarian Service award for volunteer medical assistance to victims of Hurricane Charley in Port Charlotte, Florida. He also completed a residency in Family Medicine at Columbia Hospital where he served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Resident of the Year award in 2001.

The front desk is lovely. The assistant was very nice, but the doctor was so overworked and so fast and so short-tempered that I felt slighted overlooked and dismissed. I'm sure that the first time I saw her over a year ago she was nice and thorough, but the last two times I saw her she was aggressive and I did not feel that she cared at all and I was out of her sight in 5 minutes! I highly recommend Water’s Edge. From initial reception through the exam and discharge, I was treated with respect. The wait was perfectly acceptable. My nurse and PA introduced themselves, engaged in conversation and fully explained the process as it was happening. They made me feel like my concerns mattered and were appreciative to have me as a patient. And, I was able to make an appointment for within a week of scheduling - icing on the cake!... (Show more)

Caregiver very kind and explained the procedure in laymen's terms. He was gentle in doing the procedure. I was asked to come 15 min early, which I did, but I wasn't seen until 45 min after my scheduled appointment.
My daughter was very scared about the rash on her body! The Dr. Was so reassuring and made her feel better! She was very happy with how nice and professional the Dr was. Definitely will be back! Waters edge is the best!
I like Dr Lockridge but I feel very rushed when I see him. I would like to spend more time discussing my needs.

Dr Gutierrez was personable and professional. He was thorough in is examination of my skin irregularity on my right foot. The treatment he prescribed worked perfectly! Seleha, one of the assistants, was postive and helpful throughout the process.
