It was a very quick, but productive first visit. I went in, had my procedure, and was out. Great staff, great doctor! Everyone was smiling!
53 minutes sitting in the waiting room. đ I wanted to leave but had already paid my co-pay. Once I got in I was back out in 11 minutes. I felt rushed, certainly because they were so far behind. Sydney was the perfect medical professional in that she was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I didnât feel like the process was rushed or any corners were cut. I trust this group and will stick with them!
If you are in need of a dermatologist then you need look no further than Dr. Stevenson. He is quite simply one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in my life. I am certainly not the easiest patient to deal with. Despite this, Dr. Stevenson and the amazing nursing and office staff, have gone to extreme lengths to help put me at ease. Dr. Stevenson has routinely gone above and beyond to ease my anxiety and fears with each and every procedure. He is a brilliant and kind-hearted doctor, and I will be forever grateful to have found him.... (Show more)

Love the Doctor.... Not crazy about the staff though!!!! Had to argue for my hubby to come back with me when he had come back the last 5 times! If you like your spouse with you make sure to say you need them for emotional support.

The whole staff was so kind. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to take the medication and also had a back up plan if the medicine was to exspensive. Just an overall great experience.
Sydney was able to find and remove a small thorn that had lodged under my skin and caused an infection. My family physician was not able to. Thank you Sydney.

Left unhappy today & unseen. Was told ORIGNIALLY 4:00PM APPT, then it changed to 4:15... continually pushing it up after many reminder texts & call. I arrived promptly a little before 4:00pm. Every thing went well, I only waited ten minutes for my appointment, and the exam went great, I wish every office was this good.
Sydney is always a professional and a ray of sunshine. The rest of the staff always make me feel welcome are very professional as well.
Very busy office, run very efficiently. We were called back within a few minutes of our appointment time. The staff as well as the Dr. were very nice and made you feel comfortable. My husband and I will both be returning here for our yearly exam. 5 star

I love going to Waters Edge Dermatology and I really love Sydney. She removed a cyst from my chest last year. Their office staff is really great.
