About Warmth TCM Clinic Warmth TCM Clinic provides a wide range of TCM treatments, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and auricular acupuncture . Acupuncture is a key Chinese therapy that has been used for centuries. It is based on the theory that energy, which is known as “Qi”( 氣 )that flows around the body through the channels called “meridians” ( 經絡 ). This type of therapy involves the insertion of the fine needles at specific acupuncture points on the body for therapeutic purposes. Dr Goran Chan (Chan Ka Hei) is a fully qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner. She has practiced for over 12 years. She gained her Bachelor degree (BSc) at University of Hong Kong in 2007, and a Master degree (MSc) at Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009. She also successfully finished her specialty training in 2010-2011 at one of the famous Chinese medicine Hospital – XiYuan Hospital, and certified a Doctorate (Phd) in Chinese Medicine at GuangZhou University of Chinese medicine in 2014.
