My partner took me to this walk in clinic (glass doors) after I herniated a disc in my back and was in excruciating pain, dr sabah was very professional and kind . Good to know its here for emergencies
My family and I have been using this clinic for the last 6 years now. Very convenient, easy to book in, blood test, etc... Staff and medical team very friendly and efficient. Fair charges for medical services. Highly recommended.
Excellent reception! The doctor is very kind and the attendant is lovely, the space is very clean and organized, I recommend it.

The surgery is absolutely filthy especially the bathrooms, every time I've gone there I have picked up another illness.
Experience with clinic with the red sign. Would not recommend. Went in with a clear ingrown eyelash and told this was not my issue and it would go away by itself with antibiotic drops. Next day I woke up in even more discomfort and had to go to my own GP who confirmed and removed the ingrown hair for me. Waste of my time and money, wish I had looked at reviews first.... (Show more)
Doctor Ketan is very patient and professional, he advised me not to spend money on another blood test at his place knowing that I’ve taken one around one month before. My landlord who recommend this clinic to me said he is the most patient GP she ever met.
My experience in this clinic is very professional The doctor is excellent and he knows how to explain everything in detail.... The reception ist is friendly and helpful...also the clinic is so clean... I will be back... From Jackie

Clinic was busy and a member of staff was allowed skip the queue with a teenage family member for a minor issue. No respect for other customers.
Lovely caring doctor
Went to this doctor last night as I was feeling unwell. Amazing service, such a lovely doctor, and it was nice to be seen so quickly and really listened to. Really couldn’t recommend it anymore, as the service was excellent, and I am a nurse myself. The receptionist on duty was so, so nice additionally, which made my trip so easy. I can’t remember the doctor's name; however, I visited him on 14-12-2023 at 9 o'clock at night, and he was so nice and professional. Well done.... (Show more)

My toddler attended Dr. Sabah Hassan Ketan this morning. Excellent service. He is in the walk in clinic in the building with the glass door, attached directly to the High-Way Bar. The waiting room has black benches. We were seen really quickly and he was so friendly and personable. Completed a really comprehensive assessment of my little man. Avoid the other walk in clinic attached with red writing on it at all costs. Really terrible service and no proper examination of my little boy all. I am writing to express my deep concerns and dissatisfaction regarding my recent experiences as a patient at your medical facility. I would like to share my serious concern about the quality of services and professionalism exhibited by the staff. Right from my initial interaction with the facility, I encountered inappropriate behavior from the receptionist, whose name I believe was 'Mile'. She treated me in an unprofessional and discourteous manner. Her communication and demeanor left an unfavorable impression on me and disrupted the atmosphere of trust that is expected in a medical environment. My visit with the doctor also left me disappointed. Despite my reasonable expectations for a thorough diagnosis and effective treatment, my consultation was reduced to few minutes, and the doctor hastily concluded that the symptoms I presented would resolve on their own. I paid a fee for this consultation that did not align with the medical value I received. Regrettably, the lack of improvement in my health following the inadequate treatment led me to seek further assistance. A consultation with my primary GP confirmed the presence of a serious bacterial infection that necessitated prompt initiation of appropriate pharmacological treatment. This delay in proper medical intervention significantly impacted my health and well-being. It is worth noting that I attempted to contact the facility by phone to inform about my current health status and the treatment received. Unfortunately, my call was not relayed to the doctor, and the same receptionist denied me the opportunity to consult with him, citing his busy schedule.... (Show more)
My Husband Went there today to get bloods test done,general one , to check what he can improve ,vitamins or what ever , what he was told that he dont need ,the doctor checked me and told he was food poison,that Is why he feel that way ! So unprofessional
Here was in there once and referred to regional but with false assumptions. I did to get referred to regional (and I did need to go to regional) but what I was told there was inaccurate (and made me worry too much now maybe they told me that to make sure I went to regional I don't know) anyways wouldn't have the most confidence if returning... Dear valued patients, Please remember we are TWO clinics attached to each other. I am sorry for the terrible experiences that I have read from some of the reviews. I spend time looking up to see if any of you are in the system and have not found any of you as having been presented into the clinic. Please know that there are two clinics together, And this page is for the one on the right hand side with the glass doors, right next to the Hi-Way Pub, With my name outside on a plaque. The one next door has RED doors and is called "Walk-In Medical Centre". We are "The Clinic". They do not appear on the map and it is very hard to find them online so people are putting their experiences as bad reviews on our page, which I hope you understand affects us and uses up time because we look up every bad review from a patient to see if what happened was in our building or not. All of them are confirmed by me and my colleagues and our system. Again, We are sorry to hear about the terrible experiences, but please try to remember that your review is going online about us and not the clinic next door, which is still not on the grid.
