I have been coming regularly for various treatments for 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. Things have changed since yesterday! In November I paid Forint 42,000 and for the same treatments yesterday I paid Forint 56,000. That's a price increase of > 35%!!!! .. and without any information or explanation! I can't understand some of the comments at all. My mother and I had a really nice Mother-Daughter Day. Everyone made such an effort and worked very professionally. I was surprised at how long each station took. From the facial treatment with eyebrow plucking, tinting, eyelash tinting, facial massage, to massage, pedicure and manicure with a massage each and also the food and coffee and cake in between were really extremely good! The day went by incredibly quickly. I also have to mention that everyone was super punctual and, apart from the slightly longer break for lunch and coffee and cake, there were no waiting times for us. I first visited Wabi Center through recommendations from friends. I got the medium-priced oral hygiene with tartar removal and polishing for 90 euros and the small Hydroface facial treatment. I booked a 50 minute classic back massage there. When I arrived I was asked again, just back? I said yes. Then I was taken into a room. No massage table, but a mattress on the floor. The masseuse leaves the room without a word. I take off my clothes from my upper body and lie down. She comes in without a word. Covers my back and massages my feet and legs (in jeans). I was very surprised. Then she came to the back. She rubbed my spine with her elbow a few times. I've never felt so much pain and I almost fainted. Then it was over again. She did the same thing with her shoulder. Unfortunately, a nerve was then pinched under my shoulder blade. Then I had to turn over and lie on my back (for a classic back massage?) Then she massaged the chest. That was very unpleasant. Afterwards I had to sit down. She then twisted my arms and hung on them with her entire body weight. I come regularly for Thai massage and pedicures. Within 2 weeks I was not informed that the prices had been increased by 15 euros. Nothing was said upon arrival either. Only when I asked about the payment did I get the answer: yes, we don't know why. Very bad service!

I go to WABi regularly, about once a month - for one reason: the treatments I book are really good. However, I only go to “my” carefully selected masseur, hairdresser, beautician… where I know that they work very well and treat me as a customer “royally”. I recommend everyone to book a Loumi Loumi massage with Adam! That was the best massage of my life!! Otherwise I notice: the level drops very sharply, more and more customers leave WABI dissatisfied, there is often organizational chaos and suddenly a price increase of 20-30%!!!! Absolutely bad, I had an appointment for 3D eyelashes, I called specifically and asked for an appointment to have them refilled, I specifically said that I hadn't had my previous eyelashes done by you, the lady on the phone said it wasn't a problem. When I arrived, about a 40-minute drive away, she said to me that's unfortunately not possible, she has to make a new set that costs €130, I said no thanks! Booked a room with some colleagues on a business trip. Did not use any other services. I can only review the rooms. The place has good cleanliness, the room was a bit small but it had an amazing terrace to access, great to relax or smoke. The staff are friendly. Trip type Business

Good service. Busy at times. Book in advance for weekend treatment. Highly recommend manicure and pedicure with paraffin & the Thai massage is amazing.

I had an Ayurveda massage and had to say that it was horrible. The therapist had no clue or idea regarding Ayurveda massage or therapy. It was so horrible, I want to stop it and get out. They should put people who can speak minimal English at least, and the front desk staff should learn to behave little bit courteously to the customers.
