The staff is consistently good natured and I feel taken care of while I’m there. Dr. Barbazetto is brilliant in her knowledge of eyes and eye problems, and she is both kind and forthcoming with the diagnosis and my questions. I have gone to her for years with several eye challenges. I know I’m in the best hands!
Dr Barbezzeto is wonderful! However, the wait times are egregious and they do not keep you informed or make any effort to make sure you are comfortable. Crowded waiting room in White Plains. I am typically in their offices for 3-4 hours. I am seriously considering finding another practice.
Excellent doctor who takes her time to address your issues. Thorough and compassionate. The proof is in the waiting room area; always filled however moves along nicely.
