Dr. Alonso, and Dr. Orlando will forever be my dentists. When Dr. Orlando cleaned my teeth for me, he said I needed a new crown. It was very clear where the problem was. I scheduled my next visit. Dr. Alonso removed my stubborn old deteriorating crown, and made the temporary on the first visit. A few days later I returned for my permanent crown. When another dentist in Puerto Vallarta fell through, Dr. Orlando Godinez picked up the pieces, calmed me down and finished placing my 6 crowns. He fit me into his busy schedule and I'm so grateful he did. I've never been to a more gentle dentist anywhere, kind and accommodating. He was flying out of the state the afternoon on the day of my appointment and opened his office 2 hours early so that he could complete my crowns before he left. He responded immediately to my messages, answered all my questions, and kept me informed as we moved through the procedure. What a great dentist! The clinic offers an excellent service, in a raisonnable delay of appointment and like we say «in japanese», usually just in time of the rendez-vous. And for an urgency, they are always available. I highly recommend the services of the two professional dentists, Drs. Orlando and Alonzo.

My first time visiting a dentist in Puerto Vallarta. Like everyone here I do Googled reviews and I am so grateful to have found Dental Life. Dr Orlando Godínez is a person with a lot of professional ethics, he makes sure to listen to the reason for your visit and give you an honest diagnosis. The reason for my visit was for two crowns (you may wonder why I am telling the reason of my visit) in my state Co, my doctor told me that I needed them because my teeth wouldn’t have been able resist a second change of resin and would end up breaking. Doctor Orlando examined me, took x-rays and told me that my teeth were completely healthy that I did not need a reconstruction, much less crowns, since this would affect the health of my teeth in perfect condition. He explained the x-rays and the condition of all my teeth to me. I only paid $420 Mexican pesos ($24 US) for the x-ray and I was more than happy to have avoided unnecessary procedure on my teeth. Dr Alonzo is great, I had a tooth broken off my partial and was told in the US that it would be several hundred dollars and be at the lab for 2-3 weeks, Dr Alonzo charged about $130 USD AND I got it fixed and replaced the next day, it’s actually a stronger tooth and feels normal! Excellent customer service and friendly staff, they explained the procedures to follow during consultation and other questions. Even with the nervousness that going to the dentist makes me, I felt calm.

I stopped into another Dentist for a routine cleaning that revealed a cavity. The Dentist there only offered an extraction and bridge. I wanted a second opinion and went to see Dr. Orlando Godlinez at Dental life because of the great reviews. What a great experience! Dr. Godlinez offered me several options based on my budget. He is very professional and personable at the same time. I went with a root canal and two crowns that cost me considerably less than what the previous Dentist had proposed. We scheduled an appointment just before arriving in PV. We couldn't make the appointment. Dr. Orlando rescheduled us, no problem at all through Whatsapp. We were walking around later on in the week and stumbled on Dental Life. He heard us talking and squeezed us in right away. He and his partner did a great job cleaning our teeth. He went the extra mile and suggested other procedures we could do in the future for better teeth health. Very good experience. Found this dentist just walking the streets and took a chance and was impressed with the service. Very friendly dentist with very good English language skills explained everything thoroughly. I had a missing filling replaced and a night guard made all same day service. The service is good, all the staff very friendly. The place is small and located in the center of Puerto Vallarta. I went in for some night retainers, which would be in a couple of hours, but I told them I would pick them up the next day. When I arrived they were not ready and I had to wait thirty minutes. The truth is, I was not satisfied with the work, the top ones are too short, they only cover half of some of my teeth. I mentioned that to the dentist, but he said it was to protect the gums, which I don't think is true, since I've had many retainers and they cover all or most of my tooth, not just half, and they don't hurt me. I was here back in April 2023 and had 2 crowns replaced. I’ve had no issues and have returned this month to PV again on vacation, and had a crown and bridge replaced. Amazing job Dr. Alonso!! Everything looks and feels great! Thank you thank you! You always made sure I was comfortable and had no pain. Had my permanent crown and bridge within a week and am very very happy with the results. Their prices are much more lower than here in NY and their work and professionalism is top notch. They prepared my forms and I was able to get reimbursed 50% from my dental insurance at home. I wonder how many of the positive reviews are actually real. I was there about 1 year ago and the dentist did fillings for me. Twice it fell out shortly after and hurt very much for one month after the fillings. Very simple chair and dentist tools. I am concerned if the tools are even clean.

This might look like a small operation but they do excellent work and have excellent pricing. I lost my old dentist and was looking for someone new and checked several places and were told what I wanted price wise was not possible. A friend told me about Dr Orlando and I went in for my teeth cleaning and was so impressed I had work done, several caps.
