With a price announced on their website of BGN 35 for placing a Mantoux sample and reporting, they charged me BGN 45 when the sample was placed and BGN 36 after it was reported (the BCG test was BGN 6+10 from them).

Their lab is open on Sundays from 8:00, which is very convenient. The results are published online and can be checked with a profile and password

I am extremely satisfied with my stay in Vita 2, both with the base and the doctors, nurses and orderlies - attitude and organization - excellent level! I recommend Doctor Koinarski and Dr. Popova, from the gastroenterology department.

I am pleasantly impressed! The hospital is clean and tidy. In Orthopedics, everyone is a great professional and very polite people! Special thanks to Prof. Rusimov and Dr. Matanov and their entire team! The nurses were always polite, patient and responsive.

I am satisfied with the base and attitude. I am not satisfied that without doing what they had admitted my husband to the urology department they mastered the aisle and discharged him, after verbally advising him to go to another doctor, to another hospital where they could do the necessary procedure. Thus, they deprived him of treatment, as a patient cannot be admitted to the same pathway twice within 30 days. According to experts from the NHIF, in such a case the patient is not discharged, but is brought to another hospital, without leading the way. Visiting the hospital, the doctor wanted to use a specific way of testing my symptoms, i disagreed. Yet he continued trying to do without my consent. After i said no 3 times, he continued trying. Like they dont even know that patient should give their consent for examing him? After that without explaining anything he just said go there and closed the door. Of course the lady on the reception said that i cannot proceed with my european id card and my insurance card. I even explained that i was there before but still said no. You enter the maternity ward and you are already a prisoner! The whole team walks around WITHOUT MASKS, all over the hospital, then comes back to you and your child WITHOUT masks, but your own man can't see you for 5 days. Even if you are in a private room. I don't know what you're thinking about telling who sees who, even prisoners have visitation rights. We have already refused 5 couples to give birth and follow up with you. Do the math yourself.... My wife gave birth in Base 2 of the Vita hospital by Caesarean section in 2021, and we have excellent impressions of the specialists (Dr. Antoaneta Ilieva), the attitude, the equipment, the processes and the material base! Dear Owner, first of all, I want to clarify that I have no complaints against the doctors and nurses, they were extremely attentive. You don't need to pass the blame for your vicious practices on them. You are either grossly incompetent or unfamiliar with clinical pathways, and most likely just trying to gloss over the situation. You should know that stenting and the DIFFERENT procedure for which the patient is referred are on the same clinical pathway, stenting and percutaneous nephrostomy are on the same pathway. According to the Bulgarian legislation, an emergency is a patient who would die within an hour if he were not helped. In this sense, my husband was not an emergency, you are right, he did not die. However, hardly normal serum potassium levels only indicate a lack of urgency, with creatinine around 500 and hydronephrosis grade 3-4. It was not clear to me what the improvement with which the patient was discharged, as noted in the epicrisis, was expressed. The patient was discharged with a higher creatinine than on admission, other parameters also did not indicate any improvement. What you mastered the path for is still unclear. Moreover, both the staff of the hospital where he was admitted after discharge from your institution, and the experts from the NHSOC were not surprised by another such case from Vita, when you master paths without doing what should be done, and people after you wonder about what paths to take the untreated patients so as not to wait 30 days. It's a shame! Again, your vicious practices and greed are the cause of this, not the doctors. They follow good practices as far as their management allows!... (Show more)

Terrible attitude, terrible conditions, terrible staff (with few exceptions) they don't fulfill their duties - they don't change sheets, after surgery they didn't put a sack on me (because someone else used it), nagging, not to mention breastfeeding consultation - the internet helps more and better that I have acquaintances. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE MATERNITY UNIT TO ANYONE!!! I cried during my longer stay, and it should have been the best moment, and still the sum of BGN 2900 is not small at all for what I received, I must have wanted it as compensation!... (Show more)

Extremely good attitude from everyone, especially Dr. Benkova from the burn department. They took care of our two year old son with professionalism and smiles! We felt safe and in good hands!

The registry is under all criticism! The last time they forgot to enter a payment in the system and when I went for an examination they told me that I had debts from 1 month ago and they wanted me to pay it, which is absurd. Especially when there are more people it is complete chaos, terribly slow, incompetent unkind and had neglected to give me a username and password for a study.... (Show more)

I am also very impressed by the conditions in the hospital, by the good organization and especially by the attentive and warm human attitude, correctness and high professionalism with which I was taken care of here - by doctors, nurses, orderlies and everyone in the surgical department and in the hospital with whom I was treated met my case.
