They gave me an examination, they prescribed glasses that cost me about BGN 800, supposedly guaranteeing the glasses not to scratch... the frames were top quality and the frames peeled off in the first month and I filed a complaint... they said I did something to them! I am extremely satisfied with the service, two great and kind girls advise :) , they paid a lot of attention to me. The ophthalmologist examination that was done there was thorough and the ordered glasses arrived quickly and are very nice.

Extremely unpleasant behavior of an employee in the opticians. Due to ignorance, he accused me of not understanding what the eye doctor told me and prescribed.
