We have lived in Bulgaria for a few years now. Have used a few opticians along the way. Came across vision express online, found the opticians in Ruse. It had been 7 years since my last eye test. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful. She could speak very good English. So was very easy to find what I wanted in eye care, frame shape and extra specialties. Very nicely laid out the shop, great value for money. The eye test and treatment was very professional. I wanted 2 different pairs of glasses. For computer and normal wear. So was tested for both. Very good treatment professionally carried out, very friendly and helpful staff, everything explained. First class customer service.... (Show more)
