I've been having treatments and using Visible Changes products for a few years now, and at (almost) 40 my skin has never looked better! Teresa, Sam and the whole team are amazing, not just with the treatments and product knowledge, but with genuine friendly customer service. Whilst visiting my parents in Adelaide (I have been OS and returning for a visit) I thought I would like to get an anti-ageing treatment. As I had no idea where to go I consulted with my friend Claire who has her own skin clinic up in Queensland (Integrity Skin at Mt Gravatt) and she highly recommend Theresa at Visible Changes. I had the Thermage done by Sam and the whole visit was friendly, professional and overall a great experience. This is gonna be a long review because they deserve all the praises. I started my facial treatments at Visible Changes since Nov 2020, and its been 5 months since, and I'd say its the best decision I've ever made! Teresa and the team are very welcoming, and resourceful. They not only take care of me and my skin when I'm at the clinic, but they also informed and educate me on food that I need to look out for, and how they affect my skin, and even suggest some supplements I should try. I dropped all the skincare I used immediately after my first appointment and only used Visible Changes's cleanser, serum, moisturise and sunscreen. Only four products and they have done wonders to my skin. and they last forever. The ONLY product that I have to repurchase every month is the moisturiser, which I wish they'd come up with a bigger packaging, because its so goood! and now that my skin is almost acne-free, Teresa has changed my cleanser to a different one, which shows how well she takes care of you! this clinic's skincare line helps so much to speed up my acne recovery process. Now I almost never get acnes anymore, maybe two or three during that time of the month. So, now I'm about to start on my micro needling sessions to get rid of my acne scars and large pores. I will be sure to update this review with photos of my before and after! I highly recommend you to come to them, because they will take care of you and your skin, no judgement! I have been going to Visible Changes for 20+ years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments and skin care. I exclusively use their products and I have a treatment every 6 weeks and my skin has never looked better. Their treatments are always amazing and it’s clear the team take a lot of pride in what they do and continually strive to offer the latest technology. I can’t go anywhere else as no where else comes close to Visible Changes. They take the time to properly diagnose your skin’s requirements and I know many years of research has gone into perfecting their amazing product range. It's rare that you find a place of beauty that is authentic in personality and genuine in its care for your results. I had an enzyme treatment and am getting so many comments on my skin - people are noticing the difference and asking what i have done - so thrilled.

Teresa and her team are absolutely amazing and have changed my life!! From regular laser hair removal, to completely transforming my skin.. all the treatments I've received have been outstanding. Ive been seeing Teresa for a few years now and she has educated me and helped me so much with understanding the causes of my problematic skin and how to manage it. I was particularly impressed with the carbon facial and the effects it had on my skin, so worth it. I also did several treatments of laser, and found that the machine wasn't as harsh on my skin or as painful as other places i've tried. It was soo effective too as I have thick dark hairs.
