I highly recommend this place and Dr. Wiśniewska. Professional approach and definitely huge experience and knowledge. When other dentists didn't know what to do, the doctor immediately knew what to do. We immediately established a long-term action plan, possible solutions were proposed, and I was made aware of the consequences of my missing teeth and what could be done about them, to which other doctors turned a blind eye. The best dental clinic I have ever been to. Doctor Joanna Wiśniewska has the best approach to children. My son and I have already been to several dentists and there was drama everywhere. Terrible place! I made an appointment via the website known dziennik.pl well in advance. Two days before the visit, I received confirmation of the meeting. When I got there, it turned out that I was not in the office's calendar... The dentist wasn't even there. Additionally, the gentleman at the reception was extremely rude. At the beginning of the conversation, he apologized for the problem, but when it came to the issue of financing the dentist's aprons for PLN 100, the true nature of man came to light. Scandal!... Pandemic time - I made an appointment for my child to have a baby tooth extracted. 2 hours before the visit for which I had to prepare my child, I received information that PLN 150 had to be added to the price of the procedure (including for the doctor's coats and gloves). Apart from the fact that disinfection, gloves, aprons, masks or shields and gloves are standard duties and equipment of a dentist, not informing about an additional fee that is higher than the price of the procedure at the time of customer registration is a scandal. I recommend! Thanks to them, we managed to heal my son's baby teeth and finally persuade him to visit the dentist, now he walks without stress
The doctor is very competent and does her job reliably. Informs you about everything during and before the procedure. The staff at the facility is also a plus. The office itself is very well equipped. After visiting other dental offices, I rate Vidental very well and I will definitely come back here.... (Show more)

Total hopelessness! The office may be nice and equipped, but the boss was very rude. The prices are extremely high, the quality and culture of service are not adequate, and for dessert you can improve your work. As usual, it takes years to discover what the previous dentist didn't do well - he failed a lot! I advise you to stay away!... (Show more)

We have been using it as a family for many years and everyone praises it. A well-equipped office, a great lady, Dr. Wiśniewska, and the other doctor as well
I do not recommend! The dentist recommended me a way to brush a child's teeth: take the child's head between your legs, hold the arms with your thighs and brush the teeth... I think that if I did as you recommended, the child's trauma would be guaranteed. We came in with a hole in our front tooth and I learned that there was no point in doing anything about it because the teeth would fall out anyway. The lady painted her teeth and charged PLN 110....
