I have been coming here since last 1.5 years and they always got the job done. Professional and good service. Today, I went for a session and I was so pleased with the service that I had to write a 5-star review. Catria(I am not sure if I wrote it correctly) provided with such a kind, patient and professional service. She gave a fresh towel, applied laser aid after completing each section (U/A, legs) and informed me about the mirror in case I wanted to apply sunscreen. I was never treated such nicely before. I didn’t know one towel made such a difference, specially when you had a Brazilian session. I hope they continue improving their service like that. That lady deserves a raise 👏... (Show more)

I have had about 5 treatments done here, and the service has been as outstanding as the work they do. I have been struggling with bad skin for years now, and after just a couple of visits my skin has improved immensely. I highly recommend rosie!

I could already see the difference in 5 sittings. Liked the fact the staff is accommodating and helpful with bookings and treatments. The treatment is working beautifully on my skin despite my skin being sensitive! I would definitely recommend VIClaser Melbourne clinic.

I've recently moved from the UK where laser prices are just way overpriced! Since coming here, not only is the value for money much more affordable, the results from my laser sessions are out of this world! I have only had three sessions and I've noticed results. My therapist is Rosie and she is just a gem every time! She is so calming, bubbly and reassuring every time I start to feel a little nervous.
