Dr Ram Mani Bhandari
He is an Ayurvedic specialist with great expertise in Panchakarma treatment. He is highly qualified in Ayurvedic medicine, graduating with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from the Institute of Medicine at Tribhuwan University in Kathmandu. He has also undertaken additional advanced training in Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation (Panchakarma) treatments from respected clinics in Kerala in Southern India and various other parts of India. He is also a respected holistic healer, writer and consultant. He is very experienced in Ayurvedic herbal medicine, Panchakarma, Yoga, Meditation and Naturopathy.
Dr Pradeep Neupane
He is a qualified Ayurvedic doctor, trained in India and Nepal, the original lands of Ayurveda. He is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). This 6 year full time university degree includes a one year rotational internship in Ayurvedic Hospitals. He has also undertaken special additional training in: therapeutic yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama); Detoxification and Rejuvenation therapy (Panchakarma); as well as Ayurvedic Medicine from the Patanjali Yoga and Ayurveda Centre, Haridwar, India. This center is India’s most respected and world’s largest Yoga and Ayurveda Centre run by the renowned yoga guru Swami Baba Ramdev and his team.
Mr Mahesh Adhikari
He is a highly qualified and experienced massage therapist trained in Authentic Ayurvedic treatments including Ayurvedic Therapeutic Massage, Sirodhara, Kati Vasti, Nasya, Piccu, etc in India and Nepal. He used to work as a principle massage therapist and trainer for many years in Nepal’s one of the most popular natural therapies training institute in Kathmandu, (Tranquillity Spa Training Center) before coming to Australia in 2012. This several year of experience in teaching and practicing different massage techniques helped him refine his ability to diagnose the problem area and perform special therapeutic massages.

Very down to earth Ayurveda centre. Straight to the point. I've done a two week cleanse with amazing results. Recovered back my energy and have lost 5kg. The professionals are very dedicated to their job and present. The after cleansing protocol has been very effective too. The prices might be a bit scary but they are flexible and it's worth it.... I felt lighter & looser after my ayurvedic massage with Dr Liya. She has a great touch & released all the tightness & tension in areas of my body that needed it. It was one of the best massages that I have had and I will return for another treatment.

I arrived with a headache and sinus squeeze. After my massage and shirodaraha with Dorien, my headache and sinus pain was gone. She also gave me good advice to drink lots of water and eat lightly and to rest as much as possible. She listens and gives little Ayurvedic gems of knowledge to apply to my everyday life. Noriko was amazing, I arrived in absolute agony and left feeling so much better and beautifully relaxed. It was a lovely tranquil experience and at the same time, definitely helped alleviate some of the pain I am in.
