Vanessa is a lovely, kind, patient and incredibly knowledgable person. I came in desperately to her "clinic" impressed with how clean and presentable her private business is. I've had issues with acne for decades, leaving acne scars, hyperpigmentation and also had quite a bit of sun damage. Vanessa quickly recognized these skin issues and recommended a treatment program requiring me to visit her every few weeks to improve my skin concerns. She also provided me with important at-home skin care routines to follow. At the end of the day, if we want the best results, we need to follow our homework too outside of her clinic treatments. My results after working with Vanessa from Feb to July 2023: - acne breakouts have finally reduced by 80% During the treatments, i had many breakouts, but this was a results of Vanessa accelerating to remove the bacteria deep in my skin. As a result, I am noticing the positive impact post July, after all my treatments. Now, I am mostly dealing with hormonal acne monthly but it is not as bad as it used to be. - acne scars and hyperpigmentation has reduced by 70%. There's still marks left on my skin but i am very happy that we made some incredible progress thanks to her treatments. My scarring has been tough to remove, and i will definitely continue to work on additional treatments to reach the full results I hope to achieve. Sadly i have left toronto so cannot continue working with Vanessa. -gained tremendous knowledge of how to take care of my skin and what I can do at home to reduce bacteria affecting my facial skin. -skin cells have changed from dormant and are now more active in soaking in any new products I use.... Vanessa is a great aesthetician and super passionate about what she does! She takes her time to explain all her methods and techniques with richness in detail, also making sure the environment is very cozy and relaxing for the treatment. I strongly recommend this place, can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been going to Vanessa since last year for laser hair removal and I have loved the progress I’ve made so far and am excited to see the final results. From the beginning, Vanessa was super friendly and easy to talk to. She explained the whole process over the phone before I went in to see her for my consultation so I knew what to expect. On my first appointment, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and the clinic itself is so relaxing, I look forward to going every time just to chill. Not only did she start my laser, but she also did a skin consultation on my face and was able to recommend products based on my skin type without being “salesy”.
