I bought an LV wallet last week and i honestly couldn't be happier. The customer service Ella provides is second to none and I cannot recommend this site/shop enough.

Every time I see a post or a story I get nervous so I remove the like right now. Before doing so, however, I will tell you about my experience. years ago I lived in Dublin and had poor experience of luxury items. I used to love the shops and the blog as well, but unlikely I still remember my exchanges and purchases at Siopaella as the worst deals of my life (in terms of money, not products). Ella has been also very snobbish and not very empathetic. However, when I had the opportunity I went back to have a look at the shop because the products are beautiful and the girls who work there are very friendly and professional. This summer I returned to Dublin and I had a terrible experience in the store, and I say this as a Chanel fashion advisor, my dear Ella. in the new shop the blonde girl didn't pay any attention to me, even though I showed interest , she took photos of the products with her cell phone and glared at a child who was with his parents but wasn't doing anything wrong. Excellent selection of used handbags, and clothing. Well worth a visit. Everything is very high end and appears to be authentic. There are two different entrances- one contains some nice clothing, and the other is primarily bags, wallets and more clothing.
