Update 5th February 2024; Again, another great visit. I always see Nathan and he’s really engaging and pleasant. The work gets done and it feels professional and efficient as well as friendly. I’ve never had such a good experience with dentists as I have with this one, so I feel grateful to have them 👍 Update 10th March 2023; I’m still really happy at this dentists and it’s the best I’ve had. I’m a male aged 56 so not always looked after myself, but their positivity and encouragement makes me want to look after my teeth. I can’t say enough good things about them. I really like this dentist. I saw Nathan ( I think his name was) and both him and his dental nurse were great. They were friendly and put me at ease and even made me smile at one point. The reception staff are great too and signed me up no bother. At last I’ve got a dentist that I’m comfortable with!! I can’t recommend them highly enough. September 9th 2022; I’ve just been back for a check up with Nathan and then free de-scale by Olivia, and this is definitely the best dentist surgery I’ve ever had. It’s pleasant, friendly, affordable, and well run. I’m so pleased I’ve found them, and the support staff on reception and the dental technicians/assistants are lovely. I had an appointment at 10.30 yesterday. I'm a nervous patient but the hygienist and the dentist I saw were incredible. total credit to the practice.

I had teeth removed and a palet put in to replace them. The palet was ill fitting and I was unable to chew my food properly, which is a significant problem, as I have an oesophagael stricture. I was told I had to wait 6 months for a new palet. In this time I lost 3 stone, had fainting spells and was told by my GP that my body was in a state of starvation. I missed 1 dental appointment as I was very ill and was told the second appointment was cancelled. On calling to book an appointment I was told I couldn't have one because I missed 2 appointments. The dentist was most professional and reassuring and I am very pleased with the treatment. However one of the receptionists was quite rude and as I am paying their wages and at the private rate, I would expect normal courtesy

Rude receptionist. Surely there are people out there willing and happy to work. Cause the one that are there now are not willing and happy to serve the customers.

Richard (Dentist) and Michelle (dental therapist) are brilliant. Richard explains things very calmly but clearly, and Michelle is so patient and caring as I am a very anxious patient. Not forgetting the lovely, polite ladies on reception. I feel so lucky to be a patient in this surgery.

I am 47 and have been to many dentists practices due to moving house. This is by far the best. Not understanding the negative reviews, as I am nhs and the charging is correct. I sat in reception & got a feel of the attitude the team have to put up with. They do really well to stay calm. The appointment system is fine, I have never had my three mth or six mth appointments moved. I always think negative people go on a mission to be mean & with busy lives the positive people maybe have less time to post a review. This is a 5/5 practice.... (Show more)

Said they are open for urgent treatment but after cutting me off twice ,then said they couldn't help me ??? Absolute joke

i called the reception and told me one thing about prices and services and following week in person i been told total different prices the receptionist didn't knew what she was doing there, totally unaware of what prices and services

Me and my husbands have successfully registered few months ago. Called to make appointments for check up but was told that we will have to find another dental because they can’t offer me anything as we didn’t make appointments straight after the registration. Never told by anyone when giving in the application form. Wouldn’t recommend at all... (Show more)

I phone this morning and asked about price of treatment and she explain and I said can I have an an appointment she said I have one in three months .i said I have abit pain she said you can come today but never explain they going to charge me separately for today price and I said,is this payment included with plan ,she said yes. I went in took 5 minutes and dentist did nothing,just pain killers,and they charge me fee .as I spoke to the manager,she admitted to her mistakes but she said you have to pay. Which I did ! I think been giving wrong information and they not treated the pain at all and I went home don’t know how to deal with pain at night. Very bed service.... (Show more)

Very upset with the service this year I made an appointment back in January for me and my children and this was cancelled without explanation and moved to April. We attended the April Appointment. Then I made another one by request of the Dentist before they went back to school in September that was also cancelled via text with no explanation and now I have to wait until November. This is totally unacceptable. A cancelled appointment should be remade automatically or dates should offered to replace.... (Show more)

Cancelled appointments, waiting months for future appointments and incorrect information given out for emergency slots. Definitely gone down hill in a short space of time !

Just went for a first appointment here and what a really great friendly team they are. Dr Fernandes was a very professional and lovely dentist. A pleasure.

Was always happy with the service here but I haven't used them for years. I called today for an emergency appointment only to be told I had to register elsewhere due to my 'past history'. When I asked for an explanation I was told that because I'd missed multiple appointments I was no longer welcome there. I've never missed a single appointment but the receptionist was incredibly rude, kept talking over me and basically told me that it was tough, nothing I can do about it! Not happy at all!... Had a terrible time with a damaged tooth, the team were fantastic in initially helping with pain control and yesterday with emergency treatment that has sorted the problem. Many thanks to Helen and her colleagues for the help. Best regards Tom.
