Valley Dental Clinic

Came in as an emergency with a broken tooth. Although they were very busy they managed to get me a slot that day and my tooth was removed. No more pain thank goodness. Lovely place with really nice staff. Thank you so much.

Emergency appointment today for my 9 year old daughter😔 we travelled from Rhyl as this was the only available appointment, I couldn't recommend this place any more👍 she wasn't happy and cried but has had no pain since having a tooth pulled, thankyou very much❤️ …

On the first day of my recent holiday in Church Bay, a front post-crown came out and I couldn’t smile, talk or eat. To make matters worse, we were travelling on to Ireland to attend a wedding. Valley Dental gave me an immediate emergency appointment and Catrin did a fantastic temporary fix, which is still firmly in place over three weeks later. Went today ! I should of only had one tooth removed I knew I needed two the dentist took the time to take them both out didn’t feel the needle at all when removing the teeth she was so gentle. My daughter had a tooth extraction for the first time and was very anxious, Graham and Celia were absolutely amazing and so professional. They were very thorough and took the time to explain and reassure my daughter. Very impressed and highly recommended

As someone who is dental phobic, it has been a relief to find this practice where everyone you come into contact with is understanding of your fears, friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Dr Sylvia and for having the best waiting room, full of antique dental equipment to distract you!

I have been going to this dentist for years. The original owner was a lovely man but since being owned by Bester, it has truly become more of a business than a dental service. They use scaremongering tactics. I am unable to have an X-Ray with the bigger film because it makes me gag and apparently they don't make them in smaller sizes anymore which leads me to believe that children must not get X-Rays at this surgery... Absolutely unbelievable! I haven't been to the dentist for years after a terrible experience elsewhere. I needed a badly broken tooth removed and was terrified. Today I had that tooth removed by a dental surgeon in valley dental, I do so wish I could remember his name but I was so scared I just don't recall. Abbey the dentist was also unbelievable along with the dental nurse who again her name evades me (I'm so sorry) they reassured me from the second I walked in and really put my mind at ease. Top practice! Can't fault them. The staff are always so helpful and have been really supportive to fit me in working around my job. Can't recommend this enough. Currently receiving invisalign. Can't wait for the final results. Thanks everyone!!!

No issues highly recommending Valley Dental, been on the books so to speak for a while, no issues booking appointments for check ups or treatment, staff are always courteous efficient with a friendly approach. Dr Bester is a lovely chap. Nici is my hygienist and she does a top job. And defiantly the best looking practice I've ever been to!!... (Show more)

I have been to.many dentists in my time , I have paid lots of money to keep my teeth in good order for private dentists treatment even locally, I have to say the treatment I have received at this practice is outstanding the best I have received, nothing too much trouble and only work undertaken that is necessary the work being competed in the most professional manner. 10 out of 10 for work done.... I honestly cannot fault anything at Valley Dental. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you. Graham did my composite bonding and I am absolutely over the moon. 100% recommend Valley Dental.

I'm not particularly keen on dentistry but this is one of the best I've been to. (5 stars for a dentist?!!!)

I went there today with the emergency dentist to have 3 YES 3 teeth out and they were brilliant. They have a nice comfortable waiting room and it was very clean. And the staff were polite. Would recommend there to anyone who has toothache and no dentist
