After a detailed examination to establish the root cause of the problem you can expect treatment to include a combination of hands on physical mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue massage or cranial osteopathy. Appropriate self-care advice will be provided to help you maintain your well-being and prevent recurrence of the problem; this may include exercises, dietary advice, postural advice, hydrotherapy and stress-management.
