I was super disappointed with my facial at the Hazelton today. It was basically just a facial massage, not a real facial, definitely not worth the cost. I’ve had much better facials with independent spas. The receptionist didn’t even ask me if I enjoyed my service when I paid- not luxurious at all!

Great experience, nice steam room and pool.

Wonderful experience here! Had one of the best massages of my life followed by a few hours of relaxing in their pool, steam room and gym. Coffee was nice and the change rooms were clean and stylish. Overall the spa is quite small but it was still spacious.

The massage was good but unfortunately its not on par with other high end spas within the vicinity of Toronto. CONS: There is no waiting room to relax in while you wait for the RMT to call your name...you simply just sit at reception in your robe waiting for your name to be called while others enter or exit or pay right by the elevator. There are only two showers available, so a good chunk of time was spent waiting for someone to finish their shower so I could hop in next. Additionally, I was suprised to learn their robes do not properly accommodate my body type so I was frustrated to have to tie the robe as tight as I possibly could around my waist and prior to my massage, wait at reception feeling somewhat exposed as it is. Finally, the womens change room is quite small so you end up bumping into people most of the time or waiting to use the bathroom. No jacuzzi or hot tub available. Water in pool was very cold so it can't be enjoyed for a long period of time. PROS: Great Eucalyptus steam room but only fits a few people inside. Pool is beautiful but once again too small and only fits so many people. It's a shame because it is a beautiful spa overall, however the experience was not as memorable or positive. Great spa if you live at the Hazelton, but not worth the drive unfortunately if you don't live in city.... (Show more)

I came to the Valmont Spa at the Hazelton for a couple's massage to celebrate my anniversary and couldn't have been happier. I had a wonderful experience at the spa. The team (especially Khryzz) was so gracious, friendly and attentive, and made sure our every need was taken care of. They truly made us feel like we were the only ones there. The spa and pool were calming, clean and well-kept. This was my first visit to a spa and I'd definitely go back to the Valmont spa again! If you want a day of luxury and excellent customer service, this is the spa to go to.... (Show more)

No spa

From the step you walk in to the Spa, you are greeted with great smiles and royal tour around the facilities. Had an Amazing experience with facial session with Delicia which attended with lots of care and great advices. Both my partner and I have a great time and will definitely visit again!

The practitioner was excellent. The facilities are ok - the women's dressing room smelled of body odour both the night before and the day of my treatment. Also I asked before hand if there were any perfumes as I have an allergy. They said it was only essential oils but after my treatment and reading the packaging there were absolutely perfumes in the valmont products.... (Show more)

Wow wow wow! Amazing experience from arrival to departure. The staff at both the spa and hotel were all exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and happy to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a great time. The atmosphere was soothing, and the massage therapist did an incredible job - the hour flew right by. The pool was great, steam room was very relaxing, and the exercise room had ample equipment to use. Complementary coffees, espresso, and water were a great touch. I have not had many spa experiences prior, but this was definitely my favorite and I would definitely be interested in coming back again. Highly recommend!!!... (Show more)

Great location, excellent services, and the most wonderful, attentive staff.

Hazelton’s Body Scrub by Crystal was superb! By far the best I’ve had in Ontario!
