It is rare to see a service approved with 5 stars by 100% of more than 500 people. I can only confirm, just as I can only reiterate what others have already written. Not only is the organization and professionalism of everyone, without exception, the team members extremely high, but there are two pluses: kindness and the absolute willingness to explain every detail. I don't want to do others wrong by not mentioning them, but I can't write a novel. However, I cannot avoid mentioning Doctor Suzan, whose precision, affability and almost obsessive attention to detail combine with the now very rare characteristic of a doctor who does not consider patients as car engines, but individuals, each with their own characteristics, physical and psychological, accompanying his work with explanations, anticipations and participatory words, thus helping the patient to relax and trust completely. Viviana is also very good, beautiful and extremely affable, managing the flow of customers, the switchboard, various administrative aspects and much more with unusual speed and kindness. All without ever a sign of tiredness or nervousness, on the contrary, with an availability that makes you endear yourself. Finally, something I noticed: the many elements of the team all work in perfect harmony with each other, to the point that it is not uncommon, when they find themselves in a secluded room, to hear them laughing heartily among themselves.
