Today, Sunday evening, I went to the emergency room - gynecology department and in my entire life I have never met such an amazing treatment in the emergency room. Absolutely empathetic and professional ladies. Both the nurse and the doctor. I went there under stress and I will leave completely calm and full of positive emotions, from these two amazing women! They make you wait for hours, and this is on condition that you say that you feel bad! In urology, things are so sad with the reception of patients that they wait for hours in the waiting room. The nurses and front desk don't care at all. Wait your turn - this is the answer they give.

Yesterday, March 23, 2024, at almost 11 p.m., I was sent from the Emergency Department of the Trauma Hospital for an examination to the FN Bohunice at the outpatient surgery clinic on the ground floor, with severe pain caused by the gallbladder. I would like to once again thank Drs. Martin Zatloukal and Tomáš Rohan, and especially the nurse from examination room number 6, as well as the nurses at reception and X-ray. Amazing human approach even though it was before midnight. Thanks to them, my initial stress completely dissipated. I know that helping us is their job. But here it was even more. Eye emergency: I needed to clean my eye from some object in the waiting room, no one expected quick access and treatment, the nurse was unpleasant and made me wait even after admission, she sat me down in the corridor again and I was still waiting when I asked why everything was taking so long, they allegedly had a patient which, unfortunately, I didn't see anywhere, I waited two hours in the corridor, the doctor took care of me, I don't understand why someone does a job that he doesn't like, the shifts can only be set for morning hospitals, if he provides emergency services, he should have available doctors and nurses who are considerate of patients, not everyone has a great day, but there is no need to waste everything on the patients of FN BRNO BOHUNICE, please strengthen more treating doctors, one person in the waiting room is a big problem for them (it was best to send other patients home)... I am still grateful for the wonderful kind and at the same time professional approach in the maternity ward of the FN Brno. I went for check-ups from the 8th month of pregnancy, I had all the information directly from the staff and thanks to that I felt prepared and safe :) A special BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Anežka Šteflová, who is truly an ANGEL :) :) Well, when D-day came, we arrived at the maternity hospital at 4 in the morning, the nurses and the doctor helped us with everything, the laborers gave us clear instructions for the third time, and already at 6.20 a.m. (my first delivery) a little princess was born :) I can recommend the FN Brno maternity hospital to all ten people, I have never experienced such nice staff, always willing... and I will really remember forever my personal POSITIVE EXPERIENCE at the birth of our daughter :)... In a word, frustration. Unnecessary examination, unnecessary trip to the procedure that did not take place, impossibility to call for examination results in the specified (1.5 hour) time, while you need them for further possible ATB treatment and reordering of the biopsy date. If you happen to be picked up, then at the head office in Slovenian - that's normal, unfortunately... Maybe tomorrow... (Show more)

This is my 3rd really negative experience with this hospital. And now, for the second time, with an orthopedic clinic where you want to order an examination and there is something sitting on the other side of the phone (nurse or staff can't be called) who bothers her, she doesn't want to talk to you, the only thing she can do is say no and send you to The "fallout" of the workplace, even though you repeat it several times that it is an acute problem. When you ask for a call (phone) for a specific doctor, they will inform you that they will not give it to you, as you can find it on the website. Is this taking a salary and doing a nurse's job? She doesn't know anything like ethics and decent behavior. They worked it out, unfortunately the hospital has more such maintenance employees and I would like it if the personnel department did something about it.... (Show more)

Hello, I've been going to Orl for a long time and I have to say that it's the best Orl in Brno, I had an ear operation here and I still go to the best doctor with hearing aids, nice helpful attitude, sensitive behavior, it's really worth it, si wait. This is not the case everywhere, I also encountered reluctance, arrogant actions and behavior. For me, Eagle Bohunice is the best, thank you all very much, I know that the times are not good at all, I thank you even more, the best eagle and in general to all the doctors and nurses who do not have it easy and yet are the best. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I would also like to mention that it is really the best hospital not only in Brno, great attitude, willingness, helpfulness in all departments, excellent doctors. I would also like to say a big thank you to the nurses and doctors at Orl, the attending doctor and primary Orl, I have to say that the food here was also very tasty, I was very surprised, thank you all very much, you are the best.... On Sunday, March 3, 2024, I visited the surgical emergency room in Pavilion L with suspected appendicitis. The young dark-haired nurse at the reception was very arrogant and treated me like a piece of rag. And now it's more pleasant. I was taken to the reception on the 7th floor, the surgical clinic, department B. Even when I was admitted, the nurses were very pleasant, smiling and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the nurses, doctors, especially Dr. Moravčík for their professional approach, selfless care, willingness, and above all, their humanity! The hospital environment is improving every year and these investments are completely fine. Unfortunately, they don't invest so much in people anymore, and every time I came there and needed something, I felt like I was annoying everyone.

I would like to thank the one-day surgery staff in the CH pavilion for their excellent care, human approach and willingness. There should be more such staff. And also a big thank you to Dr. Kysel and everyone who participated in the operation. Good luck ❤️
