Unfortunately, as a long-time patient of the clinic, I cannot recommend this place at the moment. I have been receiving treatment here since 2016, specifically with fixed braces. The doctors (especially Dr. Motyl) who conducted my treatment at that time were very professional and I owe the entire process and the final effect to them. All services were performed at the highest level. Currently, however, there are some misunderstandings during retention check-ups (after fixed braces). The retention does not hold properly, which requires frequent visits to repair it. Unkind words towards me, as if the detached retention was my fault... Doctors do not verify the work of students/doctors interns to see if the service was performed correctly. (At least that's the case in my case). Moreover, customer service, mainly registration, was very unfavorable towards the patient. It is possible to pay for the visit by bank transfer, not on the same day as the service was performed, but the lady calls the next day, is VERY rude, doesn't let you get a word in and threatens you with debt collection. Clearly inappropriate behavior, lack of competence in providing information and talking to the patient. The lady even raised her voice. After so many years, I know what the rules of payment for visits look like. I'm really sorry to write such a review, but I was disappointed.... (Show more)

Today I was at the clinic with my two children. They both have a disability certificate. Both of them were treated under anesthesia. I am very satisfied with the care and treatment. Everything went smoothly. Staff wonderful. Thank you 🥰 …

Absolutely sincerely: I read the reviews and was terrified by the thought of visiting a dentist's clinic, but I had no choice. A week ago I was diagnosed with tooth gangrene and pain. I called earlier and a very nice lady informed me when and what hours patients were admitted. It's true that only about 12 people are registered, so it's better to be there early in the morning and join the queue. I am positively surprised, registration was carried out quickly and efficiently, I was called to the office based on the number assigned. Although my tooth was not removed that day because it required surgery, I was given an appointment for the following week. Nice and competent students take care of patients under the supervision of professors. After a week, I showed up at the appointed time, Dr. before the procedure, she explained everything that would be done, the student did a health interview, I felt comfortable and well-groomed, which made the stress disappear. Everything took place in a pleasant atmosphere and after the procedure, all information was provided on what to do to quickly get back into shape. And all this on the National Health Fund. I fully recommend the Dental Clinic at Montelupich 4, but it's a pity that there are so few such good clinics.... (Show more)

Boorish attitude of doctors, appointment 2 months in advance, as a result, no treatment and rudeness

I have been using dental services offered by UKS under the National Health Fund for many years and it is always friendly and comfortable. Recently I had to have a few teeth undergo root canal treatment and once again I don't regret it. I found Mrs. Katarzyna Paszko, a young doctor with great commitment to what she does and focused on the well-being and health of the patient. It was visible and felt every time. He quickly and accurately assesses dental lesions and precisely explains the treatment plan in a human manner. At the same time, she is nice, empathetic, reliable and professional. Better than a textbook template for a dentist. During each visit I feel comfortable and, most importantly, stress-free, such a beautiful and "peaceful sleep" at the dentist. Today I cannot imagine visiting another doctor. >>>>>>> Unfortunately, I cannot add a new opinion, but I want to summarize the treatment so far, because I think it is worth having my opinion here and helping others make decisions. Since 2018, I have not regretted a single visit to Dr. Katarzyna Paszko, who is always full of kindness, empathy, reliability and, most importantly, professionalism. The treatment plan also included two extractions of molar roots, Dr. Andrzej Kiencało removed them like "plum seeds". It's unbelievable how impressive his steady hand is and how it takes away fear. Both Dr. Paszko and Dr. Kiencało are better doctors than the textbook doctor, thank you for the treatment so far. Now it's time to move to the second floor.... (Show more)

I want to be as honest as possible in my opinion about this place. I will try 100%. I was there. 2x in two different cases. I had a fibroma removed during periodontology. Everything with this theme was done very well. 5/5! Fibroid is a thing of the past for me. Unfortunately, a few years later I was diagnosed with tooth decay. So simply - it works in this way: it is funded by the National Health Fund (but that's not what I'm going for) and the treatments are simply performed by STUDENTS, as the name of the facility suggests, "UNIWERSYTECKA..." under the supervision of experienced doctors, but here comes the problem. because we enter different rooms where there are most students and experienced doctors circulate among them. I don't think it should work this way... I'll be absolutely honest - people here are a bit of guinea pigs, relying on students' mistakes or "non-errors"... for example, a student picked my mouth, he picked it, I had to correct it several times, several times. times, an experienced doctor approached him and corrected one of the phases, finally, one of the phases was performed by an experienced doctor himself... then I went privately, it had to be corrected... and here I have mixed feelings because I understand that students also have to learn, but... however, it is a visit as part of National Health Fund... although the principle of primum non nocere has not been violated - I haven't had anything worse done, meaning I haven't had anything done that has damaged my body and now I have to give it a rating on a scale of 1 to 5. Hmmm, periodontology done for 5 and teeth for 2, the average is 3.5 but I have to round down to 3. A total of 3/5... (Show more)

The first visit to the orthodontic clinic was short - for a disabled child. But during the doctor's visit I learned that there are no dates for the child to undergo treatment... therefore - a waste of time.

I do not personally use the clinic's services, but I bring my disabled aunt for visits. We are very satisfied with the services. We highly value the opportunity to perform all tests and consultations on site, often within one day. The only downside for us is the disabled access ramp, which is covered with ice in winter and the tiles fall off in warm periods. For a visually impaired person on crutches, it is an obstacle course.... (Show more)

Hopeless!!! You wait 4 months for an appointment with the surgeon and then in the waiting room despite the agreed deadline of 3 hours for admission. Massacre. I do not recommend!!!🤬🤬🤬 …

Dentist Stepan Semyriak is a failure. Give a wide berth. He cannot say directly that no treatment is being undertaken, but he sends a student (it's a shock that he is not one) to assess the condition of his teeth in a humiliating way. True, in my case treatment was not possible, but can't it be said directly without any strange actions with the student? He moves like a fly in tar and everything with grace plus a mocking smile. Overall, the doctors and staff there are nice and competent, except for these two cases so far.... (Show more)

Edit after the second visit: But they saved me today with my child, I was in a large modern dental clinic in the morning where, when I registered yesterday, they said that it's fine with a 2-year-old child, and on the spot it turned out that they actually don't have a typical children's dentist, that the dentist cannot examine a child, that maybe inhalation sedation would be useful and they don't have it, they charged me only for a "consultation" and told me to look for a pediatric dentist. Due to the lack of appointments in other private children's clinics, I called Montelupi, even though they didn't have to because the emergency room hours were over, they admitted the child, the student coped with the child much better without any sedation than the experienced doctor from the previous clinic, we took care of what we had to do, everything was fine. nice atmosphere and it's free. First visit: Note - while I have no comments regarding the appointment itself, the visit or the doctors, it seems to me that most people choose UKS because of the possibility of dental treatment under the National Health Fund. Meanwhile, during the visit after the oral examination, we learn that due to the fact that the National Health Fund has not paid the clinic any money, only paid services are provided. Of course, there is no information on the website or in the registration form about this - only the director told doctors to inform their patients about it.... (Show more)

I highly recommend. Today I had one retained wisdom tooth removed by Mrs. Katarzyna Gierada. The procedure itself was completely painless and comfortable, with no pain after.
