About Unimedex Unimedex is a private Dental Clinic in Szczecin, Poland, employing a team of experienced and dedicated dentists. The owners of the clinic are: specialist in dental prosthetics with a PhD in dental implantology Dr. Anna Graf and an internal medicine doctor (MD) Dr. Kordian Graf. The clinic has been opened on February 4, 1992. Since then, we have treated over 36’000 people both from Poland as well as from abroad. With each day new patients keep coming. An intense period in our business development was the time after Poland had joined the European Union, when our clinic became an important treatment center for patients from abroad. Foreign patients come to us mainly from nearby Denmark, Norway and Germany, but also from more distant places such as the Faroe Islands or Greenland. What we do We are a team passionate about work. We treat all diseases of the teeth and oral cavity and specialize in dental prosthetics. We make crowns and bridges using both the classical methods as well as the utmost modern ones, which include reconstruction of teeth with the use of the CEREC system. CEREC crowns are created using the cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology, which makes it possible to obtain very naturally-looking reconstructions. Advanced 3D imaging allows designing and precisely embedding fully ceramic restorations . Additional advantages of the method are: saving more of one’s own tooth, avoiding the unpleasant use of impression spoons, but also, and most importantly, limiting the time of the procedure to just a single visit! We offer a very wide range of dental services and have many years of experience in the treatment of caries and root canals, making of crowns, bridges and dentures and in the filed of implantology. We have excellent diagnostics equipment and assess the condition of the whole bite as well as individual teeth using digital panoramic X-ray, 3D conical tomography and local digital X-ray. Root canal treatment is supported by the use of a specialized microscope. Although we have existed for over 30 years, our clinic is constantly modernized. Our patients are treated using modern equipment. Since the beginning of our activity in 1992, we have been keeping medical records in digital form. As a result, both the doctor and the patient have easy and quick access to the full history of treatment. For patients with health insurance abroad, we are also able to issue bills in English, German and Danish. This facilitates the process of obtaining reimbursement for treatment in our clinic. For those insured in Germany, we write Heil- und Kostenplan for German health insurance funds, which allows reimbursement of up to 60% of the cost of treatment in our clinic. For those insured in Denmark, we print detailed medical bills in Danish in a form acceptable to Danish national and private health insurance funds.
