I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT AFTER ANY ACTION. Amateur, dirty attitude. I constantly complained about the pain of a particular tooth, I was still rejected. Instead, I was treated for minor blemishes. When the pain struck and I was abroad, I received temporary care. After returning to the Czech Republic again, even with a temporary filling, I was treated, again for minor cavities rather than a drilled tooth. I wore temporary fillings for a month, after refusing treatment again. This is not the first case. Doctor Tenčík prefers to treat minor cavities and let you go to the emergency room with toothache pain, because he refuses to work with amalgam, which is covered by the insurance company. Instead of telling you the diagnosis, he'd rather tell you about where he was on vacation and how his kid is doing. When I managed to find a new dentist and get the care I needed. I found out that I have gingivitis, which Dr. Tenčík did not point out to me during even one very frequent visit. Apparently ignorance or a strategy to keep a customer. When you demand an explanation as to where your toothache is coming from, you will be told that you are consuming a whole range of foods that you have never consumed before and the answer is simply, you are eating too much sugar and drinking too many energy drinks. Dr. Tenčík is apparently drawing on memories of the young. I also learned from the new doctor that I do not need the crown promised by Tenčík or the promised drilling of my teeth. I learned that only special interdental hygiene is enough. And for the most grandiose conclusion, Dr. Tenčík will write to your personal number to pay him the amount determined by him. For example, in my case it is the alleged 300,- and I have to make the payment by the end of the year. I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT AFTER ANY ACTION. Certainly glaring, one of the many ways to make money off of sick people. One would expect that when setting a fictitious price, he would have no problem making a fictitious closing, when the only proper document you get from him is a promissory note written on the other side of the picture by some kid.... the quality of the young doctor's work and communication is zero, my tooth first broke off and then came off, I'd rather not go there anymore

I can only recommend! Professional and professional approach, friendly and considerate behavior. Special thanks to Dr. Hladíková and her team. The way he conducts therapy is very important to me. He can calm the patient and explain to him what awaits him, how everything will go and what the planned result is. In Dr. Tenčík's office, I don't know what the pain and fear of a dental specialist is during the procedure. He is a complete professional and takes patients as partners. I have never been so satisfied anywhere.
