I recommend with all confidence to open the door to them. I always had a horror when I heard about the dentist (I'm afraid of pain and needles), plus I had some unpleasant experiences with dentists. The lady doctors here were recommended to me by colleagues who are already patients of this clinic. As pros to visit them: - the environment of the clinic is super cool, music to relax you, jokes, and a lot of patience from the girls. - it is the only clinic where I was received warmly and with an answer to all the questions I had. - here I received not one option but several treatment options (depending on the budget). - each procedure was explained to me separately, plus I was encouraged every time I had an appointment. - before each anesthesia, a local anesthetic cream was used for my comfort (again, I have a horror of needles) and for that I thank the girls here from the bottom of my heart. - at no point did he put pressure on the pain and every time I reported discomfort he took it into account. - I also had a surgical intervention here (zero pain, zero discomfort), and encouragement at all times. - cleanliness and disinfection is a must for the girls here. - appointments are made according to the patient's schedule, and I can say that there has never been a postponing pb, or the classic, wait a little longer". - for those who are afraid of the dentist, I highly recommend Lavinia Martinescu and her colleague Vanessa Bolchis, because their motto is, out of concern for our patient". At least they won me over like the patient, and I will go much more often to open the door for them. Do not neglect your dental health in any way and especially go and open the USA to the girls here. I’ve been in Timisoara almost 3 months, and of course, that’s when I would have an urgent dental situation (actually 2 now). As a foreigner, I was very hesitant to just go to any clinic. I ultimately chose this clinic, based on location and their positive reviews. Doctors Martinescu & Bolchis were incredibly patient with me. They took time to review everything thoroughly, work around my schedule, explain their plan, tell me what to expect, answer my 100s of questions, and try to make me as comfortable as possible. If you must go to a dentist, this is where to go! I’ve already been back twice more, and plan to return twice more before I leave in a few weeks. In fact, as an American living in Novi Sad Serbia, I’ll still drive 2 hours just to have them take care of me in the future. And the prices…. Seems almost crazy cheap! Their English is great also! I don’t believe most reviews myself, but I hope you will take a chance to see for yourself how well they will take care of you. Thank you, wonderful doctors!!! See you soon! I have never seen anyone entering this building/institution/clinic...strange. I saw that there is a website and that it would be some kind of dental clinic, but from what you can see in the area, it's just a building, that's all. I haven't seen doctors, patients... very doubtful. All the cars that park in front of the building belong to the residents of the area... (Show more)
