I had Dr Elgindi and the lovely technicians that were Mollie and Ali Not to forget Chelsea the excellent patient coordinator. I can comfortably say this is by far the finest and most comfortable experience I have ever had in a medical environment. Dr Elgindi, Mollie and Ali made sure all of my needs were met and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. Despite the whole thing taking over 8 hours, I was relaxed and in no pain the entire time. Chelse has been available day or night to answer any questions I have and has made me feel like my well being is her top priority. I would highly recommend this team and UK hair to anyone.... Anyone looking into a hair transplant and are considering this company: look at all the reviews on trust pilot and on here. Pay attention to all the negative reviews and you will see that there is a common trend. These guys have a terrible after care service when things go wrong. I made the regrettable mistake of choosing this company to do my hair restoration. Their supposedly lead surgeon in Manchester bodged the surgery and left me horriblly scarred. Their patient co-ordinators and management showed very little willingness to help and eventually stopped returning calls and emails. Its been almost 2 years now since the surgery and l still have a painful scalp. Choose wisely and take your time in selecting the right company. Dont feel pressured into making a decision following a consultation. Most companies, this included, will chase you to sign you quickly so you dont have time to think nor look around. Dont rush into it as once you're cut that's it. My advice to anyone who chooses this company and is one of the unlucky ones where things go wrong........seek real medical and Professional help like a licensed dermatologist etc don't rely or wait to see any of this companies representative's- they are no specialists here and in my case gave me instructions that went against a licensed dermatologist and made my issues worse.... Had x2 hair transplants with this company very very poor weak results one ontop of another and still on volume, went to turkey and got a proper job 1/4 of the price avoids at all costs

1st procedure had to be redone. Been done on the 14th by Dr Manish and the team. Very reassuring and nice group of people. Feels like they’ve gone to massive lengths to put it right. Will update based on growth but the surgery went as good as it could go

Had a video consultation with Paul, gave good advice and the price was fair, I had 2 other consults with other companies but what brought me back to Paul was the guarantee and this is an CQC approved clinic, surgery booked for October

All I can say is...AMAZING. From about 3 months after the procedure i started to notice a difference. 4 months in and the difference was massive. I'm now 6 months along and can honestly say it has been worth every penny. I have a full head of hair my hair line was re-constructed exactly as i requested and looks so natural people who don't know me don't believe me when i tell them i have had a hair transplant. Had a consultation where I was advised I probably don't need to be as drastic as to have surgery.. And another non surgical idea would probably be suited.. Very nice and professional doctor, honest advice happy so far

I booked a recent consultation with them having done a lot of research into the process and uk based hair transplant companies. Very impressed. Paul was hugely helpful and knowledgeable. Initially had a video assessment. This was very convenient and easy to fit around my busy schedule. The assessment itself was relaxed and informative. Once I had decided to go with the surgery I had a followup physical consultation during which a number of test were conducted on my scalp and hair follicles. The two other clinics I had seen for consultation had told me that I needed between 3-4k grafts but UK Hair told me that I only required a 1600 procedure. At all time the staff I spoke to on the phone and the consultant that I saw were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I have now booked my surgery and can't wait for my procedure.... (Show more)

Had one done 3 years ago. The quality of the transplant was poor. Also I believe they didn't give me the correct amount of grafts. And the I can honestly say that the hair the transplanted was so spaced out it was so poor. Do your research and go elsewhere.

Had surgery just over 12 month's ago and i couldn't be happier with the end result, from my initial enquiry, to the free consultation and then the surgery its self was perfect. This company have ruined my life. I basically wanted a hair transplant and one of the consultants (sales person) Nigel Toolan recommended I go on a drug called Finasteride and the only side effect he told me was 2% of decreased libido. This is a dangerous drug that has ruined and cost the lives of a lot of men. There is a syndrome called post Finasteride syndrome (look it up) and I would be amazed if this company or there sales people haven’t heard of it, but i guess it makes them money. I lost my £1k deposit and the Finasteride tablets cost me £400 for a years supply I had to stop using them after 3months. You can get these on a private prescription from your local doctor for £5-£6. They also cancelled my initial hair transplant procedure after I had booked train tickets and hotel in London. Because i was ill off the Finasteride i couldn’t have the transplant done. I phoned Nigel up a few weeks ago for a quick update (they say to phone anytime) and he basically didn’t want to know he couldn’t put the phone down sooner. Horrible company Gary Hughes Wrexham...
