Very nice place

First and last time I'll ever visit TTMC. While the processes at the medical clinic was smooth and professional, the GP who attended to me did not carefully check and identify the possible causes. I was prescribed with Difflam Lozenges and antibiotics, which could be easily purchased from a pharmacy rack. The pain got worse and it took me a long time to recover. Recently I was experiencing similar symptoms and decided to check at a clinic nearer to my home. The doctor managed to share the causes and prescribed me with proper medication, and the pain in my throat decreased greatly after taking some pills immediately from the clinic. Would be good if the GP in the Twin Towers Medical Clinic could show some concern and take the time to explain to his patients because giving vague explanations on what I might be experiencing left me confused and did not know how I potentially got the pain/ why isn't the pain reducing/ what I can do to reduce the pain.... Efficient but dropped an irresponsible remark on my report. The health check report raised a risk which, of which other doctor read and concluded not at risk. I consult back this center, and the answer was “we tulis sahaja” aka write only. How much impact could have this “not a risk, we write only” on a person emotion and insurance. *Had to edit with this update... (Show more)

Good service from all staffs

All medical tests are being organized and carried out at location avoiding waste of time to have to travel between places for certain tests. Medical staffs and doctors performing the tests are professionals and of very high standards.

Went for medical check up for the third time at this nice yet continuous poor service clinic. Had to wait 7 hours to complete medical check-up, the staffs did not attend to the patients (customer). My advise, better go to other clinic, or government hospital seeing the poor services provided. If you go to their website, you’ll find their statement « TTMC, a centralised clinic information system ensures leverage for maximum efficiency and minimum waiting time », which is not true at all. I’m not sure if 7 hours of waiting time is efficient. I’m really frustrated by their service. Again, better go to other PRIVATE clinic/medical center. I really hope KLCC Property Management ends their contract and offer a new open contract to other medical service provider.... (Show more)

Great little clinic with excellent staff and fair pricing.

Been here several times for health consultations, but my latest visit is disappointing, female GP. Waited for 45mins, less than 1 mins consultation and prescribe medicines the i commonly took from Pharmacy. Been to small clinic with superb GP skills. TTMC GP skills should reflect the clinic reputation.... (Show more)

I am an international traveler and have been in this medical center several times for health problems during my stay in Kuala Lumpur. Every time this very efficient center delivered exceptional patient care. It was very easy to obtain a walk-in appointment, the receptionists were so friendly and polite that I feel safe and welcomed right away. I was attended by Dr. Rojshana Balasundrum who provided a very professional, knowledgable, and excellent clinical help. She went out of her way to make me feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Balasundrum recognized my problems in no time and provided immediate and high-quality help to me! Thank you very much for this great service to all personal, especially when you travel!... It was mostly fine but if there is one thing that needs to be aware of is the "queueing turn". Your turn is basically depend on your paper slip inside the box. If your paper got picked last then tough luck. There were exactly 4 people in front of me when I handed over my paper slip. Then, another 5 handed theirs after that. I got called last....
