My experience at Trindadent Dental office was really great! I was nervous because i havent been at a dentist in years.. The receptionist was very friendly and helped calm my nerves a bit already and as soon as i sat down with Dr. Rui Trindadent, and we took a look at my teeth, he explained every step of the procedure, where the damage is, what is urgent and what isnt. He made me feel very welcome and took away my worries with his Expertise. I had a wisdom tooth removed and he knew exactly how to handle it, it was a quick and painless experience. Just finished a complex treatment at TRINDADENT last week. Friendly staff and a very competent team of doctors. The prices always felt fair and clear. Will be definitely coming back.

Had an amazing experience with clinic and specifically Dr. Rui. Had wisdom teeth extraction. Everything went smoothly, with no complications. Also, DiS. Marie Horová is the best. Definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10.

I’ve gone to Dr. Rui and his team now for a check up, putting back in a loose crown, and a dental cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety concerning dentist visits and I can’t express how comfortable an environment this practice has. I can't stress enough how happy I was with my visit at Dr. Rui's office. He extracted two of my wisdom teeth, one of the extractions was a very complicated one and everything went smooth. Everything was explained to me and the staff is generally very friendly. I also recommend Trindadent to everyone who is freaking scared of the dentists (as I am). This dentist clinic is the best! Extremely professional and great customer service. I had to get an emergency wisdom tooth removal and they were able to accommodate right away. I was very scared and worried, but they made the process much easier. I don't speak Czech and everyone there knew English, which is so rare in Czechia. The best dentist in Prague! I went there to get my wisdom tooth extracted and it went super smooth and easy. Doctor Rui explained everything to me and made me feel calm and comfortable before the procedure. And the recovery was fast and easy. They are extremely helpful. I had an urgency and they squeezed me in to their busy schedule. Doctor Ms. Gascons (hope it's correct way to type it) advised what we can do in my situation and helped me in the most efficient way. I could also check the price with them before the procedure started. Both Doctor and the receptionist were really lovely. I recommend to all expats as clinic staff are fluent in English.... We had a great experieance taking our kids to Trindadent. My boy who is 4,5 is extremely scared of any kind of checkups and I expected that he wouldn't even want to sit but he felt very comfortable with dentist Lorena Gascons. And so did my other son who is 21months . It was our 1st dentist visit. Dentist Lorena was very easy going with the kids and as she has a toddler herself her approach was very natural with the kids. I’ve been to Trindadent a few times for dental check ups and cleanings, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The hygienist did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable during a cleaning that was totally overdue. Also, Dr. Po-Chen Lu was probably the most personable, friendly, professional and skillful dentist I’ve been to. HIGHLY recommend Trindadent. I also recently heard from my friend who referred me that Dr. Po-Chen Lu is no longer at Trindadent; good luck to you Dr. Lu and I hope all is well!!... (Show more)

While the dental hygienist is great and I hear Dr. Rui is very kind, my experience with the other dentist was very disheartening. I came in with a serious concern and was written off without any examination or X-rays. If she had done basic testing, she would have seen that the tooth in question was in fact dead as I suspected and a root canal was required. She sent me away with no new or useful advice. She talked down to me like I didn’t know my own pain. Very disgusted by her behavior. I also had to wait longer to see her than the length of the consultation I paid too much for. Thankfully another dentist was willing to do their job and help me before a serious jaw infection developed.... (Show more)

Dr. Rui saw me on a short notice due to a cracked filling. He is one of the most patient and helpful dentist I have seen. The end result was spotless. I can only recommend him for any kind of dental work.

I can give a very informed opinion on Doctor Ruy Trindade because it is I who partly trained him (I am a retired Stomatologist and Maxillofacial Surgeon); Doctor Ruy Tridade is a practitioner of very great value, deeply human and of rare competence.
