My name is Marco, I faced the transplant with many doubts but, once I contacted the clinic, they explained and guided me with extreme competence and professionalism. When I arrived in Türkiye they welcomed me and accompanied me as agreed. On the morning of the transplant, the visit with the doctor made me understand that I had made the right choice, they seriously explained to me what the maximum result was, they listened to my expectations and found the best compromise for maximum yield. The operation, carried out with the utmost care, assisted by a very nice and empathetic interpreter, respected what was feared during the visit. I confirm what another customer wrote, after having read the reviews, who with excuses that are absolutely false tend to implant as few bulbs as possible, so that you have to go back and do another operation, obviously incurring another cost. I will explain better and I challenge that someone from the clinic can deny it in the response of my review: I requested a transplant for a receding hairline, a small thing of 2000-2500 grafts, which were implanted and I must say that they grew correctly, even if they did not hold a right line and they didn't fill the receding hairline well!!! (see for yourself from the photos). In addition to this, I asked to thicken the back of my head, where I had considerable thinning, but I was told that it was not possible, because there was still some hair, I had to wait until it all fell out. In short: ask any clinic that will be able to confirm to you that THIS THING IS VERY FALSE: it is very possible to thicken an area even if it is not completely bald!!! I paid 2400 euros and had up to 5000 bulbs available!!! They implanted half of them in me and they didn't even fill in half the work they had to do!!! For the moment I'm happy with this, but I will certainly have to pay another 2400 to redo another operation, which was already included in the previous operation package!!! Obviously people are not all stupid and in addition to not doing this new operation with you, I hope that other new possible customers who read this review will be added. With 4800 euros I find a good and honest surgeon in Italy, plus I save 4 plane tickets and a very painful new operation. In my opinion, stay away, the saying that the less you spend and the more you spend more often is true. There will also be good and honest clinics in Turkey where you can spend less than in Italy, but this is certainly not this one.... (Show more)

Good structure, I'm in the tenth month of the transplant so far excellent results

Transplant carried out almost 1 year ago, I came from a situation where at a certain point in my life I took the machine and shaved myself clean. As soon as I had the chance I went for a hair transplant in Turkey, was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY YES, from my experience it is something that (at least at a young age) changes your life, no more hat and no more fear of other people's looks. Good evening, I would like to tell you a little about my experience. I had been looking for a clinic to do a hair transplant for a while but honestly they didn't meet my needs. I was a little skeptical of the clinics I contacted, So in September 2023 I contacted Capilclinic. I spoke to my contact person from Italy, Massimiliano, a very friendly person who was available for every message I sent him and always gave me professional advice. Warning: they will give you a quote that will not be respected upon arrival in Türkiye. They will implant fewer bulbs and only in one part of your head. This is to ensure that you come back for another surgery

Update 1 year after transplant. During this year I have always been in contact with the clinic through Massimo, both for photos to send month by month and for any info or doubts. Massimo was always available and responded professionally and promptly. I want to review all the Capil clinic staff 1) Massimo the Italian contact person. I already wrote about him a month ago, but even today after the surgery he is always there ready to answer every question with patience and friendliness. never an inappropriate response on his part. Fantastic person. 2) I arrived in Istanbul on Sunday 13 November, Hakki the driver, sociable and nice, we managed to communicate easily with Google Translator, since I don't speak English or Turkish. After picking us up at the airport (we were 3 patients) he accompanied us to the Hotel (I'll say a few words about the Hotel, it's a top service, with friendly and helpful staff), at 8pm he came to pick us up to take us to the hospital to do the analyses. I must say that Hakki was incredibly punctual, every time he gave was respected to the second. After the operation I asked him to stop at the market to buy some food to take the medicines prescribed by the doctor and on that occasion too he was very helpful. 3) Didem, the Italian language interpreter, was outside waiting for us on the day of the surgery, she immediately introduced herself with a smile and a cordiality that was touching to say the least. She was close to us from the first minute until we said goodbye to return to Italy. It never leaves you alone, and for those who can't communicate in other languages, one very important thing is that it doesn't make you feel abandoned. He gathered us in a small room where he explained what was happening throughout the day. Afterwards we were seen by the professor and she was always there to translate everything. Once the sight was over, the surgery began, she was sitting outside the operating rooms and every now and then she came in asking if everything was ok or if she had to report something to the team. The anesthesia made me a little cold and trembling and she promptly put some blankets on me and turned off the air conditioning. He pampered us until the end. Wonderful person. 4) Medical team: Very friendly people. The professor was very attentive to an allergic problem that I presented to him and came several times to check if everything was proceeding in the best way. The doctors who carried out the bulb extraction phase were very calm and friendly, like those who carried out the implantation. The day after the operation the doctor was outside the clinic waiting for our arrival to wash and remove the bandages from the donor area. The only flaw, but clearly it doesn't depend on the team, is the pain due to the administration of the anaesthetic, but once the scalp is anesthetized I guarantee you that you won't feel anything. Since January 2022 I have been active for a hair transplant. I requested several quotes in different clinics and in the end I relied on Capilclinic. I will have the surgery done in about 2 months and will update my review. However, I would like to give a positive review of the perfect organization, both for the first contact during the estimate and for the attention I received from the moment I communicated that I wanted to rely on them for the transplant.
