The physiotherapist Alberto is spectacular, pleasant, attentive, friendly, very polite and very professional. What I don't like at all is the person who answers the phone, an unfriendly and unpleasant person. I told him to put me on the waiting list because I have a vertigo problem, and he didn't bother to call me to give me an appointment when he had a free slot. There are already several times that you call and he doesn't call you back... so much so that if things don't improve because of this person, maybe it's better that I look for another clinic, not because of the physiotherapist because Alberto is spectacular, as I said, but That person who answers the phone should take a look at their attitude.... It has been great for me with both Silvia and Alberto, I have treated myself with both. I was very worried about my elbow since I had to leave paddle tennis with what this meant for me. Look, I didn't expect much, it was enough for me that they didn't make me worse, regular attention...they charge you for 1 hour and after 50 minutes you're out without counting the 10 minutes of hassle that are part of it, no diagnosis, let's see how it hurts, back massage (like a Chinese from the beach) and to your house and as I say so that on top of that they leave you with more pain than you were... so as not to come back... thank you for nothing €40 thrown in the trash... .... I had a problem for a long time and one of the guys (Alberto) solved it for me. At the clinic they are very friendly and you can tell that they care about the people they treat. The truth is that it did not solve any doubt I had, and I came out the same or worse than what I was. I spent 40 euros for nothing because I am the same or worse than what I came in. I do not recommend this site.
Exceptional treatment and very good professionals
I have been going to this clinic for many years and I am delighted with their physiotherapists but the electrostimulation machine does not work well and there are times that Alberto cannot give me the treatment as I would like since the machine does not turn on.
