My name is Zana, and I have been a client here for two years now for chemical peel and dermaplaning treatments, and I have always been extremely happy with my experience – namely because the technician who does my treatments is absolutely wonderful in every way. However, I was extremely disappointed at the treatment I received today. Due to the new COVID restrictions, I had to keep my nose and mouth covered with a cotton ball and rubber band during my entire treatment, and as a result, I did not receive any treatment around those areas of my face – even though the expensive price was not adjusted to reflect this. I would like to reiterate that the technician who performed my treatment was at no fault, but I am extremely displeased at the way this clinic has chosen to deal with its customers. If your clinic is so concerned about minimizing the risk of infection, then my logical assumption would be that your techs should be given better PPE (i.e. double masks or a mask and a shield), prior to coming to the decision to worsen your clients' experience. Furthermore, if absolutely nothing can be done, then I would implore you to at least decrease your price points to reflect the decreased service you are now offering. I have been using M10 products for 4 years now. NOTHING compares. They are the absolute best. The cleanser takes 100 percent of your make up off without using any sort of remover before, leaves your skin feeling so fresh and clean. My skin is still constantly improving after all of this time they have so many special booster products that just take it to the next level. The M10 glow is real!!!! I love the Plastic Surgery Clinic and Miracle 10. I've had peels, injections, lasers, and Cool Sculpting done at both the Mississauga location and the Yorkville location and I use quite a few of their products. The Retinol and Stem Cell Serum are my favorites. All the staff I have interacted with have been professional and informative, some more-so than others but I've never had a poor experience with any of them. I lead a very busy life and I'm not the greatest at planning ahead. If they're booked up the staff are always great about putting me on a cancellation list and will always call if an availability pops up. I particularly love their peels. They offer dermaplaning with the treatment which I find a lot of Spas aren't doing these days. Nothing says smooth like that nifty tool. They also keep track of the glycolic or lactic acid percentage used on your skin so you always get a good glow without burning the tar out of your skin. The injection nurses have always left me looking natural and fresh, not plastic and tight, which I'm thankful for. I think the staff have regular training so they're always up on the newest techniques and products. I'm always getting compliments on my skin and I'm not afraid to tell people my two secret weapons: 1) Water, water, water and 2) My team of skincare gurus at the Plastic Surgery Clinic.... I would not trust anywhere else with my injections. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss goals, concerns and all aspects of treatments. I've always felt very comfortable with the clinic and would recommend to anyone that is looking for some natural enhancements!

The PSC has helped enormously with my skin, specifically with acne fighting & skin brightening. For about 5 years now I've been using the Miracle10 skincare line and getting facial peels at the PSC and my skin is so glowy and beautiful!!! Botched rhinoplasty performed by Dr.Ahmad. I do not recommend, please do your research before going ahead with surgery.I had a rhinoplasty with him several months back and have been devasted with the results. He did more than I asked him too and regret taking him advice wish I see now was just a ploy to charge me more than needed. Please avoid this doctor completely.... (Show more)

Came here October 31st when their cosmetic store attached had a fall event I followed via Instagram and decided to purchase two skincare products from them. The receptionist, blonde with lip fillers, was super pretentious and unwelcoming. I mentioned I was interested in one of their masks but was hesitant as I just purchased one from Sephora and she looked disgusted. After I told her I am still interested in the mask, I asked if I should get the moisturizer and she asked which one I used and I replied Clinique, and that's when she replied "Ugh I hate Clinique" in her stuck up attitude. Excuse me but I didn't ask for your opinion, I was answering your simple question. I was interested in three products but left with two because I did not want to purchase anything from this receptionist. This company needs to re-evaluate this employee's attitude because her pretentious attitude to fit the status of the Yorkville community is comical.... (Show more)

I had my procedure done with Dr. Lista he is so amazing. Love him, he made my experience such a rewarding one from beginning to end and continues on with my follow ups. He and the staff take priority of there patients and are always pleasant and caring . I would recommend to anyone to go The Plastic Surgery Clinic and get any procedure done . The clinic takes pride in there work and facility and value all there patients there and makes them feel like they are priority all the time. Overall decent consultation meeting Dr.Ahmad but when I ask him questions based on facts and research of my surgery such as isn’t the fact that textured implants are created to prevent capsular contractions in breast? He wouldn’t have a proper answer to back his yes or no. A lot of questions I ask he cut me off and just said answers that dodge the question. But he’s patient and didn’t rush me. However I went for 2 invites and he only quoted me 1 and said 1 surgery at a time. I wanted to know the price of both so I can decide which one I could afford first. And it is OVERPRICED! for sure the BBL is overpriced your looking around 17thousand dollars well that’s what he quoted me. I am 115lb and 5ft fall. I think around 15% body fat not to much but enough to lipo out. We all know all the fat won’t survive. So it be a waste of money.... (Show more)

I had a Brazilian Butt Lift (fat transfer) exactly 2 months ago. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have any type of cosmetic procedure. I had a chemical peel with Marina at 2pm everything went perfect as always, after that I had to wait 30 min for my next turn with Amina for under eye fillers at 3:30 The wait ended up being over an hour! After many times telling the receptionist that I have a dinner that I need to get ready for, she kept giving me excuses why the nurse was late, trying to avoid me as it was awkward enough. I finally got my turn at 4:20pm!!!! suppost to be at 3:30! I couldn’t leave in between as I live in Vaughan and is quite a drive to Downtown but almost! All this time I waited for nothing because ended up being that i’m not an a great candidate to get under eye fillers. I appritiate her honestly, I really do! but she couldn’t tell me that when she saw me earlier today?? (She is a great person and prwantofessional don’t get me wrong). Knowing that i wont have the results I want I asked her to get a refound, so she call the manager to autorize it, they said yes so I go to the reception desk to get my refound And oh my goood! The receptionist didn’t know how to make a refound so I had to wait another 20 min for the lady to get instruction thru the phone on how to provide a refound on the machine. My advice to you go with TIME! Because they are quick to charge but slow to refund. Each month I have a skin treatment done at The Plastic Surgery Clinic in Yorkville and absolutely love it! I look forward to it every time I go. The staff there are wonderful and so caring and nice, they always remember me when I come to visit! Dr. Lista is so warm and genuinely cares about his patients and always greets me with a big smile and a big "Hello!!"!
