Avoid this place, I had my teeth treated for 3 years and no results, they also made me a third gray one that didn't match the color of my teeth at all and I had to pay for the correction again, not to mention the lack of receipts for visits and braces!!!!! I have been treating teeth and doing prosthetics for many years. Unfortunately, the situation has deteriorated dramatically. I paid quite a price for the treatment and prosthetics, and I did not receive a receipt for the amount paid. My complaint was answered: "nothing more can be done". I will say that if there is no owner there, it's a shame to go there, they let a dirty patient leave the office, there is no culture for the patient. It used to be ok, now Top-Dent I don't recommend it.

I had an appointment for 7:30 p.m. and I showed up at 8:30 p.m., but I understand that because there are serious cases! Doctor Walkowski is a good man and knows his stuff. Offices where, as a patient, you feel taken care of - safety procedures during the pandemic are followed with the utmost care! Dentists try to see patients in pain urgently and devote an optimal amount of time to the visit; X-ray on site.

I strongly advise against it. I urgently needed help for a broken tooth. I contacted the clinic by phone and described the situation. I had an "urgent" appointment for next week. On the day of the visit, I left work early, happy that I would be able to start treatment. I was surprised and then angry when the receptionist from Top-Dent said that I was not in the calendar and that I must have made a mistake. I asked for an explanation of the situation. After 30 minutes of standing in front of the building, I received information that I had been removed from the calendar! When I asked why this happened and why no one bothered to inform me about it, the receptionist said she didn't know. When I asked for another urgent date, I was informed that I had to wait another week and that nothing could be done about it. I had the impression that I had been sold on purpose so that the condition of the tooth would only worsen and a much more expensive treatment could be offered.... (Show more)

I do not recommend. Antibiotics prescribed even though it was not necessary and the wrong diagnosis resulted in the tooth having to be extracted. It turned out to be simple tooth decay. I do not recommend.
